Toyota of Manhattan is an attractive and clean showroom, devoted to a buyer’s comfort. Upon entering we were immediately referred to appropriate personnel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated our salesperson, Tatiana Bracht, who seamlessly shepherded us through our acquisition process and continues to check in to give us support even after we took our new vehicle home. Purchasing our vehicle was a great experience!

I had a great experience. I went in there within an hour. I had the car everything was great loved it. They also give me a great deal. The guy George helped me with the whole process. He was a gentleman highly recommended. I went to two different other dealers, hillside/bayside both of them tried to sell me a car for way more money. Given my previous car-buying experiencess at other dealerships, I braced myself for yet another pushy, hard-sell approach when we first walked into Toyota of Manhattan. Instead, my wife and I got just the opposite. Our sales rep was patient, informative and extremely helpful. We were able to look at a variety of models, ask a slew of questions, and take a long test drive -- all with no upfront pressure to "buy now". We ultimately decided on a model, did the financiing and related registration on site, and were able to drive a new car home that day.

Amazing sales service!
