i would give this dealership a very good review especially my salesman moses who did everything he could to get me into my new leased kona a brand new awd crossover he evean parted the red sea of tape so we could come to a good payment plan so if you are loking for a great car with a great warrenty go see moses he will get it done for you also a thumbs up to mike the manager and john in service

Purchased a new car here and have had nothing but problems. Financed through the dealership, they were supposed to pay off the loan on my trade in but never did. As a result am paying two car loans! No one calls back and I was even hung up on once. Very sloppy with paperwork and detail. I won't go back.

As a first time car buyer, I was looking for a place I can trust and upon my research I decided to go to this dealership and the moment I entered the first person I went to was Demond, even though I did not have good credits he helped me get a car within my budget. My car got totaled three months later through an accident and I went there to make enquiries about the vehicles they have at that moment, again Demond put me in a car that same day. I highly recommend this dealership to potential car buyers especially new car buyers.

Due to their slow moving inventory they keep posting hot deals on different portals. When you call them they will welcome you to come over. But when you go there and ask for the certain car they will try to push you for diffrent other vehicles. Matter of fact you will see that the posted car even doesn't exist.

Buyer Beware

This dealorship has got to be the most unprofessional business I've had the displeasure of working with. Please read this review before considering doing business with them. In April 2013, I purchased a preowned Audi convertible. During the negotiations, I was told that if I financed the car, I would get a certain price. I financed it but was fooled into purchasing the extended warranty which had a 30 day 100% refund cancellation stipulation. Three weeks later, I cancelled the warranty. The finance manager I originally worked with had since left the company, so I worked with a gentleman named Tommy J, who put me in in touch with his assistant, Alanna E. Both assured me that the warranty would be cancelled and my bank would be credited the full amount. We are now close to a year after I purchased the car, and I still have not received my refund. I spoke with the insurance company, Fidelity and was told they refunded the money to the dealorship in August. I have the paperwork to back up the cancellation confirmation. I have spoken to a number of persons at the Hyundai of New Rochelle, but all have led to a dead end. I sent several emails that go no response from this organization and whenever I call, I get passed around to different people. Even today, I spoke with a Sales Manager, who said he would call me back in 15 minutes, but there's been no call back. If someone can tell me how I can get my money back from a company that I thought I was doing a good faith business transactions with, any help will be much appreciated. For now, please beware. There are plenty of dealorships with stand up employees. There is no reason to patron this one. *****UPDATE May 25, 2014 I finally got in touch with someone at the dealership, Joe R, who represented himself as a manager, actually EMAILED me a copy of the check for full warranty amount. (I accepted the dealership won't pay interest on the warranty fees, despite it being their fault any interest was incurred.) At any rate, I thought all was settled and we could move on, but it turns out Hyundai New Rochelle did not sign or mail the check to the bank. Repeated attempts of both myself and my boyfriend have gone unanswered. This issue has now gone on for over a year. I reiterate my advice above and to proceed with caution with this dealership. Everyone I've encountered embodies shady car salesman stereotype. If you want more details of our experience, please reach out to me.

I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted and introduced to a sales professional named Mark. He was very patient while I asked questions about leasing versus buying as well as questions on several different models. I left the dealership with the intentions to meet with Mark the following day and purchase a car. When I returned to the dealership, Mark was not there (he was out sick) but he was kind enough to give another sales professional, Freddie M, a heads up that I would be returning. Freddie was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked a million questions as a first time buyer. He was able to find me a car in my price range without making me feel pressured to go outside of my range. While Freddie showed me plenty of choices, Neal M (the business manager) was very helpful in helping me get the financing I needed in order to buy the car. Neal was very personable and extremely courteous offering beverages and explaining everything very clearly so a first time buyer like me could understand exactly what I would be spending by purchasing the car. They were both wonderful with the paperwork. My (used) new car was detailed quickly and given to me immaculate. Even the valet took my keys with a smile and was friendly and polite. Everyone at both dealerships (new and used) worked together to present me with several options without ever making me feel like they were trying to sell me anything! I would absolutly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car.

I saw a car online with really good mileage and price last Saturday, so I called New Rochelle Hyundai. The guy on the other end confirmed that they have that specific car on site, so I printed out the car info and drove there with my family. Once I am there, I met Javier A. He was really nice to us and checked that car on his computer immediately. Unfortunately, the car has been sold weeks ago and the system haven't updated yet. I thought I fell for a bait and switch trick and was a little upset, but Javier asked for my car requirements and immediately pulled out four cars that matched my need and price range. To my surprise, they were all equally good if not better deals than the one I saw online. I chose to see two of them and test drove one. I love both of them so Javier gave me their Carfax and let me compare. We chose the one I test drove and we began to negotiate the price. Throughout the process, Javier worked with us, answered all my questions and waiting patiently when we were discussing among family. I wanted to drive that car away that day, but New Rochelle Hyundai doesn't take personal check or credit card in a large sum of money. Also, their accounting department is closed on Saturday and will open again on Monday. Javier said I could ask a co-worker to drive me to work on Monday, and he will send someone to pick me up from work. We agreed and I put down a $500 deposit. When we left, it was 7 PM, an hour past their closing time, but Javier and his manager did not rush us at all. Come Monday, Javier picked me up from work personally and drove through traffic to get to New Rochelle Hyundai. He told me he had the mechanic checked out the break and changed a pad because I was complaining about it when I test drove last Saturday. Then, I was introduced to Finance Manager Tony by Javier. Tony was friendly and answered my questions about extended warranty and the final price. I gave him my certified check, signed some contracts, got my registration and plates from him, and the deal is done. Javier handed me the key, put up the registration and plates for me, and I drove away. This car was even better than the one I saw online and I am loving it! If you want great deals and great service, ask for Javier A!

Easiest car deal experience I ever had

Both salespeople Javier and Robert were very friendly and helpful when I came in looking for a pre-owned car. Robert was my initial contact by email, then Javier took care of me when Robert was out the next day. There was no pushy salesmanship. They both really listened to my specifications and didn't waste time trying to sell me something I didn't want to buy. I wound up with a Hyundai Sonata with the right mileage and year in my price range. Javier especially helped me with touching up a few small dings on the car, and a repair to the console. He clearly went above and beyond to give incredible customer service. In addition, the dealership has a lot of pre-owned cars on the lot to choose from. I will definitely refer this dealership, and these particular salesmen, to anyone I know looking to buy a car!

My name is Lori S, My search began at a Hyundai Dealer in the Bronx; allow me to state that i was treated like a second class citizen, I then went to New Rochelle Hyundai were i met with Marc L., he was cordial, Inviting and very knowledgable about the product, his manager Joe R. made me feel so comfortable, he was funny, engaging and so entertaining that i felt as if i went to see a broadway show. His supervisor Frank was a true gentleman, Joe and Frank were the perfect pair. I did wind up purchasing my new Elantra from them and have since reccomended my sister to them as well, these guys are the best, if you are looking for a great deal and a truly fun and enjoyable car buying expierence go to these guys. they REALLY are the best. I went to lease a car for my son. The dealership(especially the manager) were overly aggressive and pushy. The price was excellent($199 for a Hyundai Elantra) When I mentioned that I still wanted to look around because my son didn't need the car for three more months the manager offered three months free. I just felt like I was being pressured a little too much

After clicking on a Genesis that I was interested in on Edmunds I received an email from this dealer with the car's vin number and price. I emailed if the car was a demo or brand new. They replied that they had 2, a demo and a new one. Since this did not answer my question I emailed again asking whether the car they emailed me about was new or a demo. I am still awaiting a reply 2 weeks later. Because of this I must assume they have something to hide and are less than truthful. Also, they don't seem to anxious to sell their cars. Therefore, I can have no dealings with this dealership.
