NEVER try to lease or buy a car from these guys. They quoted me a price on a car I wanted, took my $500 deposit, said it would take 2 weeks to get the car and then tried to increase the price when I went to pick it up!!!! Total [non-permissible content removed]. Spoke to sales manager who could care less and was totally unethical.

[non-permissible content removed] Purchased a used overpriced vehicle....[non-permissible content removed] snuck in a fidelity service contract and made false promises to fix the vehicle....i attempted to remedy the situation.....New Rochelle refuses to return my cancellation check from fidelity and they never fixed the issues with car. Very deceptive business practices....i wouldn't recommend them to anyone..they should be shut down and fined. Shane, Mark, Lisa and Felipe.....if you like doing honest deals and dealing with people straight forward then dont come here....

Waste of time

This dealership did nothing but waster our time. Information on their website is inaccurate. Manager talks without having a clue as to what is going on, salesman spent more time texting on his phone than he did speaking to us, and finance guy acted like he had no clue what a car loan was. We were ready buyers for a $40,000 + car. They wasted several days jerking us around. We bought elsewhere and couldn't be happier. Will never, ever, consider buying from New Rochelle Chevy again.

Although we were not yet ready to purchase until the New Year, the Sales Person took the time to show us the features of the new Silverado Pickup. He even let us take it for a Test Drive.

WORST WORST WORST

I leased a Chevy Cruze for my oldest son. I explained to the dealer(who was very personable)that i would be leasing more cars in the future for my other son and daughter. The dealer told me that he was also the manager and therefore I would be getting the best price from him. This turned out to be a lie because after I made the deal we then went to see the real manager. I must admit that I was foolish in that I did not shop around enough,but suffice to say that I found out later that I got COMPLETELY ripped off. Now I understand that I must take responsibility for not researching enough but what kind of dealer takes advantage of a person and expects return service or good reviews. I just leased another car for my younger son at Mazda of New Rochelle(I also reviewed that dealership) and I couldn't be happier. So you have a chevy dealer who could have made three more sales from one family and gotten great reviews but instead it was more important to overcharge me at least $30. a month.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NEW ROCHELLE CHEVROLET TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!! At first I thought everything was all good when I was hooked up with an associate from NRC, never thought it would be the worst experience of my life so far. To make a long story short I was approved, they didnt have the vehicle i wanted in the mean time the sales associate I was dealing with was terminated, my approval was terminated and I was not notified of any of this. New person tried to make things right sayn that all I had to do was resubmitt after a couple of weeks and we would be on our way, NOT THE CASE!!!!! Numerous inquires were put through my credit report, now making it impossible for me to go anywhere for at least 30 days, I have since been without a vehicle, making it hard to get to and from work. I am a single mother of 2 kids, whick make it hard to do just daily running.....NRC is the worst.
