They want 2k more, advertised price a lie

Ill keep this short since ppl dont like to read Stay away from these ppl. The prices advertised on every single website are a lie. When you get there theyll tell u that price is PLUS a down payment. Straight [non-permissible content removed] attitude from the first phonecall till the end. When i showed them how edmunds, carfax, truecar said nothing about an extra payment he told me to leave. I said bye with a note that ill leave some nice reviews and he started insulting me. Clearly they are used to constant conflict. I swich cars every year and dealt with dozens of dealers. I wouldnt buy a skateboard from these ppl. Im sure [non-permissible content removed] will answer with some snarky remark as it seems how he gets off… but I can Imagine how this place exists… unless its a drug front, which considering how they behave and operate, wouldnt surprise me a bit. Now time to inform Consumer affairs and every car listing company of their false price advertising

Fantastic Vehicle

Bought a 2011 X5 last week and Showroom Auto definitely gets my vote, the vehicle is in absolute remarkable shape, they apparently detailed the car prior to me buying and all I have to say is I am totally and completely happy with my purchase, they were super friendly and the vehicle as I previously stated is in awesome condition, so I will totally recommend these guy to any friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle..

I've purchased a few cars in my lifetime not all experience were good and not all were bad but I will say my experience with Chris at Showroom Auto was great. Very nice guy really knows his product, he made the process easy and painless. I got a very nice car and I couldn't be happier.

I purchase a couple of cars before from other various dealers but nothing compared to the service I received at Showroom Auto, these guys were super nice and the finance guy Chris went really far out his way to help me get the car. I was really impress with how nice and how much they did to earn my business and of course the car was great. It's been 2 months now since I purchased and I am truly happy and grateful. Thanks guys.

It was an amazing experience buying a car from Showroom Auto. Robert and Chris were very professional. They helped me get the car i wanted even though my credit situation was not the best. Thank you guys for being so honest and helpful with me. Highly recommend this dealer.

I went to buy a car from this dealer and half way through the sale all of a sudden the car wasn't for sale anymore. I drove almost 3 hours and they knew I was coming. I don't recommend this dealer to anyone.

I just purchased a 2011 S550. Dewan, Chris and the entire team were excellent. Chris worked hard to make the deal happen. All questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy. I've been buying cars for years, this is my 19th car purchase. But I have to say this was one of the easiest and best car purchases so far. Going back in a few months to buy another vehicle from this team

Greet experience! Dewon and Chris did an excellent job into helping me and my wife get a car the same day even tho I had very bad credit..I reccomand anyone to come visit showroom auto there are very excellent staff there and willing to help out no matter what

My experience with Showroom Auto was very smooth - big thanks to Dewan and Chris for my first German car. Their cars are all personally hand picked out with the best prices and mileage in mint condition no accidents. Specifically, my car had also been certified pre-owned and it has been 4 months now with absolutely no problems. Not only has the car been great, but the service these two gentlemen provided were unlike any other used car dealers. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to check them out for their superior services.

This is the place to GO. Going up and down northern blvd looking for a bmw 328, and believe me when i say theres alot of garbage. Most of the dealerships around that area was a joke, they have expensive cars with Horrible paint work and a sleezy atmosphere. Very unprofessional to say the least. Dont even get me started with major world... Showroom auto was first of all clean, sales guy knew the info on the cars we came in for, they didnt have us waiting around, friendly people, laid back atmosphere. Long story short, i drove out happy with my car. And that's how buying a car should be!!
