onWent in for a light, they did a complimentary Multi-point inspection, They said my oil was really dirty and burnt. I do my own oil changes, with Nissan filters, I do at every 3,000 or around 3,500 miles, using Mobil one full syntenic oil .They only advise changing oil at 7,000 mile intervals. I keep good records of every oil change, that oil only had 1,000 miles on it, and was pretty clean. When I called back they said they didn't see a sticker on the door. They never checked the oil to know it was really dirty and burnt! They also do not stick up for you if you want a repair under warranty.

onThe lease on our 2017 Nissan was almost up and we received an invitation to come in and discuss options. Eric did a wonderful job explaining these and we ended up pirchasing a new 2020.

Totally misled

onHorrible experience. drove over three hours to make a purchase of a used vehicle, a 2015 chevy Tahoe. After inspecting the car I noticed body work on a panel that looked like a 10 year old did it, clear coat peeling, sand marks, and so much bondo a magnet would't stick to it!, parking sensors in front or rear bumper did not function, car had 1000 miles more than what was advertised on the odometer. The car was advertised with an accident and when I questioned the salesman about the damage he stated only the rear bumper was replaced. After everyone tried to pacify me like it was no big deal the GM of the store finally came out and made an attempt to correct and address my concerns but by then I was not comfortable with this car. Needless to say, after almost $100 out of pocket expenses,(car rental, fuel, lunch, and tolls), I left without buying the car. I must add though that no one was ever rude to me other than trying to make a sale on damaged goods!!!

I went to the Dealership Wednesday eve to test drive a vehicle the numbers weren't working so I found a different vehicle on line in Orchard Park Kevin was in training so I drove out to OP to check out the veh as I was getting close to the OP dealership - Kevin sent me a text: I hear ya wanna see a juke at Nissan Orchard Park? I'm here, and I have it pulled up for ya! It's beauteous! I was SO impressed not only was he already at the OP location he had the vehicle pulled up & ready greeted me with a smile! I drove that vehicle home within a few hours! He gained a customer for life!! I'm extremely impressed with Kevin and the friendly staff at West Herr Nissan in Lockport. 👍

onA newer salesman, Robert Ford, contacted me while I was in the final year of financing my 2006 g6. I had tunnel vision of just getting through my final payment, even though my car would very clearly not last much longer after. Robert completely shattered my negative opinion of car salesman, by helping me find the exact car I wanted, cutting my interest rate by 17 whole points, and ultimately sending me on my way in my new Honda Civic as a very satisfied customer. Any and all car buying that I do from now on will be done through him, and I will send every friend, family member, or even acquaintance to him as well. Thanks to him I'm driving a nicer, safer, more affordable car with much less of an interest rate. He's the man.
