Great service

I recently purchased a new TX500h. This was my second purchase from this dealership. I worked with Cedalia both times and could not be more pleased with the process. The service is great, as it the service department during routine maintenance visits.

Extremely Disappointed with Lexus Latham Location

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Lexus dealership in Latham. I was initially excited about the prospect of purchasing a Lexus GX, but my encounter with the dealership left me with a sour taste in my mouth. My journey began when I scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesperson at 2 PM. I received confirmation of the appointment, but when the time came, the salesperson was a no-show at his own dealership. This was an inauspicious start, to say the least, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and started fresh with a different salesperson.After some back-and-forth discussions, test drives, and running numbers, we couldn't come to an agreement on the financial terms. However, the manager intervened and offered what seemed to be a reasonable deal. but i had to leave that day. To my astonishment, a few days later, I received a call from Sean, who was trying to set up another appointment and present me with lease deals from their website. I was puzzled because I had already committed to a deal and provided them with a substantial sum of $10,092 in cash to secure a monthly payment of $669 for the Lexus GX. This was a figure that had been provided to me in writing. However, it seems that the dealership had a change of heart and suddenly became unwilling to negotiate the terms or honor the previously agreed-upon monthly payment. They attempted to backtrack and suggested a higher monthly payment of $718. This abrupt reversal left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. Frankly, if it weren't for my brother's glowing recommendation of the Lexus GX, I would have never set foot in this dealership, and I certainly won't be returning. I understand that these are challenging times for businesses, but it's the management's approach that truly made the experience twice as difficult and disheartening. The lack of professionalism, commitment to honoring agreements, and overall inconsistency in their dealings has left me with a deep sense of dissatisfaction. I hope my feedback serves as a reminder to the management at Lexus Latham that customer trust is a valuable asset that should never be taken lightly or undermined in such a manner.

First-class service - makes me love being a Lexus owner

I had to have significant warranty service that took several weeks as we awaited a part. I was provided a rental car under my Lexus warranty. And, the staff kept me updated on the status of my car - who we call Pearl - and when it would be repaired. I've now getting another service done. The staff makes me feel special, well taken care of and valued. The service has been outstanding. It makes me never again want to own any car other than a Lexus.

Certified es350

We purchased our es350 from new country Lexus of Latham and cannot say enough about how special they made us feel. Our salesman Rodney Carmouche answered all of our questions and explained the value in buying a certified pre-owned Lexus. My wife and myself love,love,love our Lexus and our salesman Rodney is a 10.

Excellent service with a positive caring attitude. They were prompt to greet me as I pulled in and got the service done on time. Also they have a very comfortable waiting area with free wi-fi.

Poor communications and lengthy service

Previously we had bought an IS250 Lexus from the dealership. Having basic oil service was a lengthy process. Always told a half hour and almost always it took 45min. to 1.25 hours with lame excuses. My last experience was when I took my certified RX350 for it's first oil change only ,that venture took almost two hours with no apologies. What I noticed is that two other customers came for an oil change after me and they were done before me. I did not buy this vehicle from them so I deduced that they did not feel as obligated to treat me as their customer. I also had my previous Lexus detailed there and my GPS was stolen with no apologies.
