Easy painless and professional

Gerry F. Is the most knowledgeable car salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He made it very easy all questions were easily answered. Gerry took the time to show my son all the features of our Elantra and gave him a quick tutorial hands on. This is our second vehicle purchase in little over a year. He’s the best !!

We just leased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade for two major reasons: 1. It fits our needs to a "T" and has the highest safety rating of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and 2. Gerry Fraenkel, our sales representative, who was thoroughly, reassuringly knowledgeable, friendly and low key.

Cassie was a wonder! Walked in at 10 am and left with a wonderful 2018 Elantra at 3 pm. She was simply a marvel. Total stunner; could not have wanted for a more pleasant experience.

We brought our son to buy his car at Prestige Hyundai because we like the friendly dealers and service. They are easy to work with and have fair prices as well. This makes the fourth vehicle we have bought there. We have been happy every time and would recommend them without reservation!

Another unbeatable deal

This is my second new car purchase from Prestige Hyundai via salesperson Cassie and management. This is also my 2nd great deal on a brand new car. I trust buying from this dealership because there is no “run-around”- the facts on a specific vehicle are presented upfront with no haggling. Cassie, my salesperson, was extremely patient with me and put no pressure at all on me; she simply wanted to make sure I am getting a vehicle that suits my needs and taste and will love. I also appreciate that Hyundai’s do not have cheap CV transmissions as many newer model cars do and the service is realistically priced (compared to other dealerships I have dealt with). Add in their awesome warranty. I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else. Thanks so much Cassie for your unending patience- you truly care about your customers!

Very happy with our car so far. Has great features, runs good and fingers crossed it has longevity. Sales team was friendly and helpful. Salesman Chris was very helpful along with Rebecca H, who actually sold us the car. She was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She seemed very genuine and honest, which is a wonderful quality to have when dealing with sales.

Overall, a very pleasant experience purchasing a dealer certified used vehicle from Prestige. Rebecca was my salesperson. From the very start to the completion of the sale, she was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everything went smooth. The staff did a great job cleaning and preparing the vehicle. It looked great when I picked it up. It seems to be a very well run dealership with a great staff.

Awesome experience, A-Z

Chris at Prestige Hyundai made my purchase very smooth. There was no back and forth on the price, since he explained they don't work off commission and the list the lowest price online. Their price was better than any I had seen, and I was looking all over the US for the car I wanted. Chris went the extra mile two weeks after the sale to mail me a user's manual, since it was not in the glove box.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Prestige Hyundai. Rebecca Holterman was my sales person. She is relatively new to the sales department, so if she didn't know the answer to my question, she would find it. She was very friendly & pleasant to work with. She stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. The rest of the staff at Prestige Hyundai seemed very nice as well.

I had an overall positive experience at the Hyundai dealership. From the moment I stepped in to the front office, I received a welcoming greeting and was later met by Gerry who introduced himself as an experienced salesman. My expectations were met in the end as he first took me on a test-drive of the vehicle I was interested in while explaining all of the latest technology features. The whole process went smoothly and the combination of Gerry's patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm certainly helped me find the best deal in a relatively short amount of time. I recommend others visit this dealership and ask for Gerry if you are looking for great salesmanship.
