Fake Advertising!

I called this place up to inquire about '19 Hyundai Santa Fe, was told the car is available but in different color from the picture shown online. I was in urgent need of a car and traveled a great deal of distance to go buy the car only to find out they only have '17 Hyundai Santa Fe, different trim and color from what is advertised online. Not sure what their motive is at this dealership to falsely advertise cars only to waste potential buyers' time. I will not recommend this place for serious buyer from afar off due to false online ads. The place does seems stocked and busy and may be good for local buyers who can easily drop in to see whether the car they see online is on the lot.

I had an awesome experience at Hillside Auto Mall. Jonathan greeted me from the car lot before I even got to the door. He was very professional and efficient . Before the description of the car I was looking for completely rolled off my tongue he already had 4 different selections on his screen to show me. Jonathan, Jay and Eli were very professional, kind and worked hard to get all my paperwork expedited in a timely manner. I picked up my 2016 Ford Explorer this morning and even the guys who detailed my car were awesome!! They went above and beyond to get me the deal of a lifetime! THANKS FAMILY!! K. King

Terrible dealer, terrible service

Purchased a 2014 chevy tahoe. Paid cash. Vehicle was missing the spare tire. I was told they would order one and have it sent to me. I have been waiting several months. I was also supposed to get a second key and remote. Still waiting for that also. I cant even get a return call. Horrible. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Finally spoke to the owner. He promised me a check to cover the cost of a spare tire and replacement key. Nothing. Even after a return call and another promise, nothing. Worst dealer ever. Ray is [non-permissible content removed] and obviously doesnt care about satisfying customers or going back on his word.

The car sales men at Hillside Auto Mall was amazing. I have a credit score of 450 and got financed at a very low monthly cost. They were very professional to give me many options to choose from. I appreciate Mr. Dope Chef for referring me to Hillside Auto Mall, the wife and I were able to get into a nice vehicle, thank you to all the people who helped up and were patience.
