I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Audi A4 from Huntington Audi several years ago and continue to have my car serviced there today. The service has been so amazing that when it came time to replace our Ford Explorer it was no brainer to go where we have gotten exceptional service for the past 5 years. Tooba helped us test drive and locate the exact car we wanted at a great price so we purchased a 2020 Q5 and couldn’t be happier!

I cold called Rich Plush because he got high reviews on DealerRater and he did not disappoint. He reserved a 2021 Audi q5 hybrid (you can't get a hold of any yet!) that had just arrived at the port with $500 down over the phone. He kept tabs on where it was, called me with updates, scheduled my trade appraisal all without even meeting him. When I arrived he had everything ready to make the deal including all the PHEV rebates. Super straightforward, totally knowledgeable, completely trustworthy. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And the dealership is very professional, courteous and efficient. I couldn't have asked for more!

I was looking for an S3. They had a White car that was exactly what I was looking for. I met with Richard Plush the next day. Richard was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. No games whatsoever. Very honest and pleasant experience. It was actually fun buying a car! I am a car enthusiast and i have purchased many great cars and unfortunately (although I am excited) the experience is often tainted by antics that the place when buying a car. Very good experience.

This was my first experience leasing a new car, and Anthony LoMonaco made the process painless. He only showed me cars that I could afford, and didn't sell me options I did not need. When we first sat down with him, he said "I'm not your typical car salesman"...and he was right; It was like dealing with a family member. I drove out with the car of my dreams at a lower price then I expected to pay. Anthony LoMonaco at Huntington Audi, you have a customer for life! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure what-so-ever. We advised the receptionist that we would ask for a salesman if when we needed one and after a half hour of looking at the Q7 Alex Koszalka helped us. His knowledge of the vehicle and his low pressure approach helped us make up our mind and purchase from Audi of Huntington. We had previously been to another dealership and the salesperson had no intimate knowledge of the vehicle so dealing with Alex was a much better experience right from the start. When we picked up the car Alex spent over an hour going over all the features of the vehicle. Other places just hand you the vehicle and you are on your own. There was also no pressure to purchase any after market items such as warranty, tire insurance and service contract. The dealership seems to take the approach of explaining what they have to offer and that the items will sell themselves. Overall this was a great experience.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a very negative experience. Nobody bothered to say hi so we were left to walk the floor looking at cars. I had to approach the receptionist who wanted to know if we had an appointment. We didn't, so she treated us like people who show up at a packed restaurant on a Friday night - very cold and condescending. But this is a car dealership with only one other family shopping at the same time and plenty of employees sitting at their desks in the far back looking at their computers. When we finally got to a sales rep and started the test drive, we were given a dirty sales loaner car. He kept on trying to downsell us from a Premium Plus into a Premium saying the base options are enough and the subscription for the advanced services are too expensive, and no one pays the monthly fee to keep them active. Then he proceeded to turn off the Auto stop-start on the car saying that it jerks the car too much and most people turn it off anyway. We left the dealer really disappointed and super underwhelmed. To add to it, we got a few form letters over the next two weeks that were so informal - they even referred to me throughout as my first name and middle initial. Super odd. Needless to say, we did not buy a car from them. We will never go back to them. And we have told all of our friends about the experience.

My Huntington Audi Sales Specialist Tooba Umar was a pleasure to do business with. Having not shopped for a new car for quite a number of years, I was apprehensive of the prospect of dealing with a car salesperson again. What a relief to meet with Tooba. Tooba had in depth knowledge of the Audi product line and was very helpful when it came time to suggest the model I should consider. When I did select a car she went over the vehicle options and fully answered any questions I had. Final price negotiations for the vehicle were straight forward and transparent,no high pressure sales tactics. I will be back when the time is right to purchase my new Audi. Thanks to Tooba and Huntington Audi.

After facing a totally unprofessional, disappointing, and unhelpful experience at the Biner Audi dealership in Great Neck, NY I decided to give Audi of Huntington a shot. Immediately, I experienced a welcoming atmosphere, and stuff that was extremely professional, courteous, and willing to help. In particular, my salesperson, Tooba Umar, provided an extremely pleasant car buying experience, and within an hour I walked out extremely happy as I had made a deposit for certified pre-used vehicle. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. There was little need for negotiation, as she immediately was able to provide was I was looking for, and for a fair price. I did not feel pressured at any time, and there was no games with the price. Even though it was a rainy Sunday, and the dealership was about to close, Tooba was okay with us making several trips out to the vehicles so that I could be comfortable about my decision. You could tell that she really cares about customer satisfaction, and always tries to squeeze the best available deal for you. In my situation, the car that I was about to buy had several tiny scratches on the front bumper for which I had requested to be touched-up. She went above-and-beyond with the management department, and exceeded my expectations by getting the problem addressed quickly and professionally. Also, all the employees whom I interacted with in both the financing and service departments delivered exceptional service. All in all, Tooba did a phenomenal job, and I am extremely happy with every aspect of my purchase at the Audi of Huntington! I would definitely recommend this dealership and plan on returning there for future purchases!

Worst Experience Ever

Recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned A5. Within a couple of months of owning the vehicle I began to have serious mechanical difficulties with the car. In the past 18 months my car has been in for major service no fewer than 6 times. I discovered that it is associated with both a class action suit and a significant recall. Although the car is clearly a "lemon", no one in the sales department is willing to work out an acceptable deal to put me in a different vehicle. In fact, the general manager has ignored my attempts to contact him. This is certainly my last transaction with Audi of Huntington, and may very well be my last Audi.

Deceptive! Watch out!

Stay away from this dealership with the most arrogant and deceptive sales staff on Long Island. Went in yesterday to look at a few used Audi's that we had found on the dealers website. Test drove one, then went back to office to discuss pricing, etc. The saleslady spent more time in the managers office than dealing with us. Back and forth, back and forth. And that was before we even discussed pricing. What brought us in was an Audi they had advertised on their website for $30,500. The saleslady goes to her manager again, and comes back to tell us the price of that car is $34,000 (not knowing we saw the price online). As we called her bluff and showed her their own website, she spent 10 minutes trying to figure out why there was a $4000 disparity, then again, went to her managers office. She comes back and tells us that the manager just lowered the pricing from $34K to $30.5K and never updated his office paperwork. Hahaha, I did everything to not laugh, as that car has been on their website for $30.5K for 2 weeks. If the manager changed the price yesterday, why didn't he remember he had lowered it, and why would he have changed it online but not on any of the dealers paperwork. SCAM SCAM SCAM. So we walked out and left. Oh, and they refused to give us a tax break for trading in our old car toward the purchase of a new one. Every other dealer in NY will do it, except this one. I would fathom they only pocked that extra sales tax, denying the customer of their right to get the credit. Good thing we wasted 90 minutes of the dealers time...maybe we helped some other customer not being scammed

The purchase of my 2010 Audi A3 TDI was a wonderful experience due to the professionalism of Audi of Huntington. The sales manager, Brian, made the whole purchase a totally enjoyable experience. I received a fair price on the new car as well as on my trade and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to purchase an Audi with dignity and does't want to be taken advantage of. Keep up the good work.
