Great (Good) Friday F250 Delivery

We were fortunate enough to have outstanding West Herr salespeople tending to our needs. Sabrina and Joelle were attentive and understanding to everything we needed. Sabrina was able to work though some hurdles to deliver the F-250 to us on Great Friday. I know it’s Good Friday but it turned out to be a great day. Sabrina and Joelle we very knowledgeable of the process and walking us through the vehicle options and assisting in setting up the entire system. We highly recommend visiting WH Ford and ask for Sabrina and Joelle. You will not be disappointed Rich and Kelly

We received a recall notice from Ford on my brand new 2024 Maverick less than a month after taking delivery. West Herr Hamburg Service promptly scheduled needed repair. Appointment was on on time, quick, and courteous. No charge, of course.

West Herr is exceptional in every aspect

West Herr Is always outstanding. No matter what dealer u go to they handle any service, warranty, sales, questions or concerns and educate you on the proper care and new vehicle operation of the technology equipment . I have never had anything less than exceptional service and these employees are like my friends and family. U dont get the run around, pressured in any way. Always treated with respect and valued. Employee turn around in the service, collision and management is extremely low in the decades I been with them. They just might move to a different location. Or retire. However, the new employees are trained with the same motto and in time will be seasoned if not all ready to carry on the exceptional customer service and knowledge as the employees that been there forever. Thank u West Herr and each employee that assists me with my vehicle needs. You all are great ! I always recommend my salesman, service and dealership to friends and people who ask me where did i get my vehicle from when out .

I cannot say enough good things about West Herr service in Hamburg. Bob Pontrello was great and my car was fixed at no charge to me. Not even a deductible charge. I was shocked, and they even washed my car too! Thanks Bob I will be back if needed.

I cannot say enough about Mark and his team at West Herr Auto! This was my second time dealing with a car dealership, and my first time purchasing a car. I wouldn't consider my first experience bad, but it was no where in compassion to the amazing experience I had working with Mark and West Herr! Mark took me through the entire process with transparency and confidence. I never felt like he was a stereotypical car salesman, but rather a consultant. I always felt like my best interest was at the front of his mind, rather than making a sale. When I finally decided on my vehicle, Mark worked to get it in my hands quickly, since my dream vehicle was at another location. When the car came in, Mark spent a ton of time going over ever bell and whistle, so I felt confident driving off the lot. Thank you so much Mark, Nick, and the team at West Herr. They made my car buying experience a truly wonderful one!
