Ripped off for plates and tags!

Purchased a vehicle and was charged over $400 for plates and tags. A complete rip off. Horrible attitude towards customer. Would definitely never buy another vehicle at this dealer! Only good experience was one of the sales reps stayed outside and went over every little gadget in the car!

My past car buying experiences have not been great and I was not sure what to expect this time around.. after meeting mike Kennedy I soon realized that coming to East Hills Jeep was the smart move!! Not only have both my sistsers used Mike, but my mother is next to buy a car from him here as well.. Friendly and fair and I’ll recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

Excellent customer service. This is the 3rd car we have bought from here. Mike is very professional. I was just looking and went home next day with new car. My husband and I feel like we matter. We have been to a lot of dealerships and they rush you into buying but we were told to take our time everything was explained and we came back next day very happy thank you

Painless and easy!!!

I had been to a different Jeep dealer first go around and that sales person could not find the vehicle I was looking for or at least something comparable. My husband reached out to East Hills and our experience could not have been any easier! Ingrid was patient and listened to our needs and there was never any pressure from her. The loacted the exact Jeep we were looking. Her customer service was outstanding...she was friendly, easy to communicate with and again she wasn’t pushy. She worked with us to get a great deal on our 2019 Jeep. she was always available via email or phone to answer our questions. I would recommend Ingrid to my family and friends who are looking for a Jeep.

Mike Galante and the people at East Hills are really top notch. They earned our business by being professional, transparent, and accommodating. There are three FCA dealers within 5 miles of where we live but we prefer East Hills which is an hour away because of Mike and the team.
