One of the best Experiences I had with a dealership. They went out of there way to please me as a customer and help me be where i wanted to be with price and and payments. My wife doesn't go with me to dealerships with me anymore because she hates the experience. I brought her in to see the color combination of the vehicle I chose and for the first time in years she said she felt comfortable with the experience in the dealership. I do have to say John Tehrani made us feel very comfortable. I recommended my daughters boyfriends father to the dealership and he purchased a cadillac truck and was also happy with his experience.

Could NOT be happier

From the moment that we stepped into North Bay we knew we were in good hands. Our sales person, John Campanelli was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our question and concerns right away. We felt at ease and no pressure at all with the decision to purchase/lease a vehicle. I will definitely return in the future and recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a car make sold at this dealership.

I had ordered a Cadillac Escalade and since there was no availability after 2 months the sales staff was able to transfer me to a GMC Yukon instead and save me money. Not exactly an Escalade but saving $300 per month on a lease is fine with me.
