BUYER BEWARE!

onRED FLAG! BUYER BEWARE! During the week that we worked with this dealership (daily e-mails and phone calls), we provided our credit card number to place a deposit on a specific car, secured financing, sold our other vehicle, and purchased plane tickets to retrieve the vehicle where it was to be delivered (we live on the opposite side of the country to this dealer). At the end of the week, we anticipated that we would receive more specific details regarding the timeline of transport but instead we were told by the salesperson (Kevin Twomey) that the general manager (James Poissant) had decided “not to sell the vehicle to us” and that “they had never run our credit card for the deposit” (even though it was provided to them within 24 hours of initiating contact). When we attempted to contact the general manager, he elected to go home for the day instead of return our call, even though we were assured by the receptionist that she hand delivered the message to him well within the confines of business hours. All subsequent phone calls to the original salesperson went unanswered. We are an active duty military family and frequently make car purchases in other areas of the country than where we live due to our nomadic and unpredictable lifestyle. We are savvy when it comes to these kinds of purchases and have NEVER been treated in such a reprehensible manner by any car dealership EVER. If I could give this dealer negative stars, I would do so.
