The smoothest car buying process

We stumbled at this dealership inquiring for a particular model. We spoke over the phone to Jabir who was our sales rep. Realizing we were travelling from a far borough he stayed after routine hours to be able to discuss what we needed. He was extremely thorough with the knowledge of the cars and guided us well. We left the dealership knowing what to get. The next day he offered us a deal we could not refuse. We completed the process online and our car was ready for pick when we arrived at the dealership. On the day of delivery, we met Mabel who was very personable and it appeared that we knew her for years.This dealership is definitely a cut above when it comes to purchasing a car. From the way I was treated when I first arrived to the delivery process. Simply outstanding. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Couple of days ago I purchased a 2018 Volvo T5 Momentum (CPO) from Glen Cove dealership. I must say the entire buying experience was smooth and worry-free, thanks to Domenick, Mabel and Deron. My wife and I went to Glen Cove Volvo to start our new car search as our lease was expiring and I'm glad we did. Our sales associate Jabir Choudry was very upfront friendly. We visited another Volvo dealer in the area the day before and were given a price of about $30 more a month. The title of my review is uncommon because this was not close to what most of our experiences have been in the past when new car shopping. Glen Cove Volvo will be our first stop when we are shopping for a new car in three years and Jabir will be who we ask for when we are there.

We purchased a 2017 Volvo XC90 from Glen Cove Volvo and it was a terrific experience. We traded in our BMW X5 and couldn't be any happier with the switch. Do not go there they are siting in trailer

I never see this kind of Volvo dealership in my life. This dealership siting In a trailer and restroom is in other trailer. Do not go there .Worst service false advertisement they were tell you they have the car and ones you reach there they will tell you that car sold out. And thy want to sell another car. I never see this kind of dealership.

Very Satisfied with Glen Cove & Domenick!

Our leased vehicle was due in February of '17. So, my wife & I as well as our son-in-law (who buys and sells lots of special cars) began our search for a good Volvo. He & my daughter both own Volvos, so we know what good vehicles they are. I had always wanted one. We scoured the internet for several months before we found a 2015.5 S60 Platinum that had almost no mileage for a very good price! Domenick Izzo became my sales contact for the car. He was both knowledgeable and courteous no matter how many questions I may have had--and I had quite a few! We were buying sight unseen, so the personal touch was that much more important. The internet coupled with Glen Cove's detailed explanation made this purchase possible. Because of our comparative shopping within 500 miles of home (near Rochester, NY) we were even more convinced that this vehicle was "reserved" for us! And Domenick, without pressure, facilitated closing the deal. Kudos to AnneMarie (Financial Officer) who, though we ended up going with another institution, worked hard to get us a very competitive loan percentage. So, thanks to Domenick for helping in every way, even giving me his cell number just in case. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Glen Cove to a potential buyer. Thanks again. Dave in Perry, NY

Re: Glen Cove Volvo Car dealership - Buyer beware! (Bait and Switch) I would like to recommend that you go elsewhere for a more professional experience trustworthy experience. I ended up buying a car from Volvo of Glen Cove. I dealt with a salesperson and a manager who ended up doing a bait and switch on me. I ended up having to purchase the vehicle as I needed to get the car as I gave my previous car back last week. Even though I think Volvo is a great car I will never buy another Volvo again based on this experience. So Volvo Glencove lost a customer for a second car and I will be going back to Acura. Bait and Switch was witnessed by their finance team as I sat on the phone in front of them when the salesperson agreed with what I stated and the Manager totally disregarded what we agreed upon. I was cornered and needed to walk away with a car but this will never happen to me again. Recommendation: DO NOT GO TO GLEN COVE VOLVO for your CAR!

The Road to the S60 T5

This was our first experience with a Volvo and we must say it was an excellent one. J.C. our salesperson, was calm, extremely patient and steadfast with the myriad of questions he was given. He is an absolute pleasure to talk with and we had fun in the process. Along with him, we were guided by Dumitru, the General Manager, who has a wealth of knowledge and overcame any obstacle in the way. In the end, we felt re-assured and confident in the dealership and the choice we made. We're enjoying our unique ride, so thank you!

Unexpectedly Great Service and Deal

We came in inquiring after a new car straight from the international auto show. Initially we did not think we could afford or be able to make payments on a brand new Volvo. Surprisingly, not only was the dealership service impeccable, but also straightforward, direct and offered a cutthroat deal. With discounts and financing, it was too good to pass up and we're walking away with a new XC60!

Upon sitting in the waiting room, waiting for my service appointment to finish, JC approached me with the option of leasing a new Volvo XC60. As we are loyal Volvo customers, JC respected this and gave us an offer we could not refuse. AnneMarie in financing is a true expert and makes signing paperwork a pleasure. Amazing experience! I had the chance to sit down with a sales representative called Jhelin Pichardo. He really made my car buying experience feel like a breeze. Not only was he an expert on each of the vehicles that are available at Glencove Volvo. He was able to recommend and match me up with my dream car. He went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed and I was satisfied with the choice in vehicle. The XC90. His amazing deals werent the only thing that sold me it was his ability to connect with me and my partner. Really felt like I was sitting down with family. Not only do i recommend Glen cove volvo but i highly recommend Jhelin (Jelly) Pichardo.
