I don not recommend Paul Conte Cadillac if you have to deal with Ron F. They need to get rid of him. Ron F. is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, condescending, he lacks proper etiquette and training that is necessary to interact with customers. If customers have to interact with Ron F. i do not reccommend him or the dealership. When i was in the dealership on the 12/07/2013, he was trying to rush my process because he had to carpool with his buddies. That is not the customer problem, and he should keep his personal problem separate from professional business. In addition, my deposit was returned because i did not allow him to bully me into using their bank. Oh and by the way on dealerrater.com they block any and all negative reviews.
