most the info including all the info on the Audi ttrs that they had, I only 3 TTS'S in New York, Joan Lopez sent me by email while I was in Florida. I made an appt with Joan for the morning after I came back and picked up the car a couple of days later.

Initially came in to sell my old car. As I came in Martin was able to get me into a SQ5. Did I pay higher than what I should have? Yes...being negative on my trade I decided to proceed with the offer. Martin was very nice the whole way through and kept his word to everything he said he would do. Towards the end I mentioned when I sit with the business manager I will not be buying any warranties of any sort as this is a lease and I expect an Audi not to break down that early. Well just like I expected... I got harassed initially to buy maintenance warranties and all these different things that a newer car wouldn't need. I mean if I was expecting a car to break down in less than 3 years I would of not got an Audi. I get you need to do Maintenance on a car and all....but this business manager made it seem if I did not buy his maintenance package at that moment I will be paying sooooo much out of pocket when it is time. This is something you scare your new customer with? I have still not been shown what the manufacture warranty covers and how long it is for? I have not been show what the lease terms are...meaning how the car needs to be maintained...requirements and or fees that will be attached if brought back in not the best condition. Would be good to know these things. I think these things should have been discussed while sitting with the business manager instead of trying to bullying me into getting an expensive maintenance package. Update: Martin has reached out to me and I was able to obtain the info above. Thank you Martin

He went above and beyond to help me with my pricing options as well as showed me many options for the vehicle that I wanted. Because he was more than willing to help me with my vehicle purchase, this will be the only Audi dealership I will be going to from now on. Great new facility, coffee, refreshments, and receptions. My sales manager Rob and salesperson Jerry are truly amazing. They have encyclopedic knowledge about all the details of Audi vehicles and presented me with all the options they could work for me. I got a 2019 Q5 and the car drives like a dream. Johnny of the Financing Department is also great. He explained all the details with the financing options and insurance coverage with patience, clarity and understanding.

In a nutshell,I purchased a 2012 Toyota RAV4 last week at Audi Queens. Extremely happy with not only my brand spanking used vehicle, but the overall positive experience as a whole at Audi Queens. Justin, Jay & Victor were all very helpful and friendly. Everyone was especially the valets. The entire place is spotless you can eat off the floor!
