Had wonderful, fast, experience purchasing our 3rd new car from Elm Chevrolet. Salesperson, Gary, and finance person, Bob are both friendly and knowledgeable. Will return to them when I want another new vehicle

We are new to leasing a truck. But we are really happy with the process. Our salesman was Mike and he did an amazing job and really professional and he answered all of our questions that we had and he went above and beyond our needs. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I contacted this dealership on 12/26/2015 (Sending an online application then following it up with a phone call). I received two emails back, both of which I responded to. On 12/28/2015 I called to speak with the Mike Storm (the man who had sent the emails) and he had no recollection of ever emailing me,he initially told me I must have been dealing with someone else. When I explained everything from start to finish and he pulled up my application he told me that he would run it and give me a call back. I called 12/29/2015 to see where we stood and he told me that my application was still pending that he would call me back in a couple of hours. It's 1/9/2016 and I still have yet to hear back from him. In the meantime I applied with another dealership and was approved in minutes. I set up an appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours, checked out their stock and drove off with the vehicle I fell in love with that very same day! Needless to say Elm Chevrolet was more of an aggravation and hassle than they were helpful.

My experience with Elm was great, my sales rep Mr. Mike Krebs was exceptional, had patience with me went above and beyond to help me make my decision to purchase my 2015 Equinox, no high pressure, went the long mile to get me the best deal possible within his power, kept communication with me as to where I was at in the process, at the time of pickup - he made sure I had knowledge of my vehicles operations (in the pouring rain) made sure I was satisfied before I left (and each time we chatted or met) after my purchase he let me know he was available at anytime for any issues (not just during the process). I would highly recommend Elmira Chevrolet to friends and family and would highly recommend Mr. Krebs to friends and family. Thank you, Angela J Williams
