Rotating Rims

I’m tired of spending big dollars for new vehicles . You take them in for service and ask the adviser nicely to be careful with rims while rotating tires and they still were damaged. Nobody cares about their work ethic anymore. I spent 3 hours detailing the vehicle the day before. Why do I bother at 66 yrs. old

Jim Ball from West Herr worked very hard with us to find the car we needed and wanted. He set up many appointments for us to test drive different cars within the West Herr group. He went above and beyond to help us...we finally went to West Herr of East Aurora and we worked with Sales consultant Gregory Janca and his assistant Fadi Ghajar Were outstanding to work with at West Herr of East Aurora. Both were very good at their Jobs and treated us with respect and were not pushy at all. We felt like they truly wanted to find us exactly what we wanted and worked with us on the price of the car. Everything went so smoothly that it was truly a pleasure going to that dealership. In fact we went to many of the West Herr dealerships to look at different cars and they all were wonderful. West Herr in East Aurora is a great place to get a car serviced. They are punctual about servicing the cars and provide a ride home while it is being done or a person can wait. Jonathan made sure everything was done perfectly. I had my oil changed, my tires changed and new windshield wipers put on. I won't go any place else.

Smooth purchasing experience

West Herr - East Aurora was everything I had heard about. During COVID, everyone wore masks, there was hand sanitizer everywhere and the building was super clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped me to work within my limits, and I found a great pre-owned vehicle. This was the best purchasing experience that I have ever had. It was an hour drive to meet with them, but well worth the drive. I think I have found my new favorite auto dealer!

Buick 2013 Enclave

Service associate was friendly and respectful. He was thorough in his explanation of findings and recommendations for the items that we brought the vehicle in for. The sticker to reflect the updates on Oil, Brakes, Battery (goes in upper left corner of windshield) was forgotten (repeat occurrence) and it wasn't until I reviewed the Inspection check that there were other issues such as wipers, etc. A very large grease spot was left on my carpet liner from them lubricating a squealing pedal - thankfully I had a protective liner.

2012 Regal GS Issues

Have had multiple issues with this car since new, including oil contaminated with fuel before the first oil change was even due. This was from a failed high pressure fuel pump which caused the turbo bearings to fail prematurely, and I have complained since then that the engine life has been negatively impacted and I should have gotten a new engine. Now on my forth turbo, and the list of issues is long, including many I believe are due to poor workmanship by the dealer technicians.

They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment on the same day. The plan was to leave the vehicle for the day. When I appeared as directed to leave the car, the service manager was able to get the small task into the shop immediately. The task was completed within half an hour and I was on my. Can't ask or expect better than that.
