Worst, disgusting, nasty, sold a lemon, did nothing to resolve

Refused to repair after they did even more damage. Made unneccessary repairs, never fixed problems, didnt offer any resolution, except that if i left the car with them, they would ruin my credit. A piece of junk. And it was a brand new car. They sent registration to someone elses address, and wouldnt even provide an account number. And this is nothing compared to everythkng else they did. Truly the most disgusting people, if they can even be called people, that i have ever had the displeasure of ever having anything to do with, ever. And these are nice words compared to what they really are. My negativity against them cannot even begin to be explained in this review. I do not know how anyone buys or services anything from them and puts up with how they rob you and pays them anything for service in which it is factual that they rip everyone off who goes to them for anything, and that is the least of what they do.

We bought a 2016 Chevy Equinox at East Hills Chevy and found the experience to be a pleasure. Our dealer, Joyce Gold, was knowledgeable, courteous and patient! She made sure we got the best deal with all the rebates available from GM, and had us driving out of the dealership in two days! Love our new SUV, and will definitely recommend this dealership!

Loved ever minute of my purchase

I leased a Chevy Trax and I am loving it. From the time I reach East Hill Chevy, I felt comfortable. I was greated by Graham (who my mom nickname GG). He was very informative. He explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. I left very happy with my new lease and comfortable knowing that what he said during the processed is what he delivered. Most of my dealing was with Graham but we did have a chance to meet and speak with other staff who was just as friendly and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to insure that we understood and was satisfied with our purchase and they service. The experience as a whole was very satisfying.

East Hills New Car

I called Dennis Kwong on a Monday about getting out of my current Traverse lease and was driving off the lot in my new Tahoe on Saturday. Sales Rep. was courteous, friendly and did not waste our time. He understood what we were looking for, wanted to spend and did not pressure us at all. This was the third vehicle we purchased from East Hills within the last 3 years and after making the rounds looking elsewhere the best value and service by far. I knew we would be treated fairly and will return again when we are looking to replace our next car.

The dealership as a whole was pretty nice. Clean, respectful, took me seriously as a customer from the first time I walked in the door and let me take a truck out for a test drive...no complaints. But what set this dealership apart was one saleswoman, Molly de Luca, who was the third rep I dealt with, and the only one I dealt with from that point forward. Two family members have leases from here, and I still didn't go to the guy who already knew my family well, but rather stayed with Molly. She didn't just try to sell me on a car - she tried to sell me on something I would like, that would work for me, and that was ideal for my financial situation. She clearly cared more about me walking out happy than about herself necessarily walking away with the biggest possible commission. Additionally, it was abundantly clear from my first conversation with her that she isn't just a saleswoman - Molly very clearly loves cars. She loves being around cars. She knows more about cars than any other car sales rep I spoke to, at East Hills or elsewhere, and that establishes a tremendous amount of credibility. Altogether, she made me not only feel comfortable immediately, but that she genuinely cared about me getting exactly what I wanted, would work to make it happen, and spoke from a place of genuinely, thoroughly knowing her wares as a car person as opposed to just memorizing Chevy brochures. The dealership was in no way exceptional, and, honestly, two other Chevy dealers I visited had management that treated me far better. But I leased my truck from East Hills purely on the merit of Molly de Luca.

My sales person Joyce Gold was amazing and she made the whole process much shorter and more pleasant . She contacted me early to determine my needs and started looking at all the inventory to make me happy. Then we worked together with the bank to arrange financing which usually takes two hours sitting in the showroom. We did all this before I even stepped into the dealership. I am a repeat customer (3rd time) and I look forward to working with Chevrolet again largely because of Joyce Gold. She should be employee of the month! I am a HAPPY customer!! Julian the salesperson that worked with me was very welcoming and patient. He explained the differences in the Equinox's models, the pricing plans Lease vs financing and took me out for a test drive. The Manger and the financing staff were quite knowledgeable and friendly. Iam very satified with my new Equniox. My only regret is that I did not inquire more about the cargo net or the cargo security shade. I will recommened East Hills Chevrolet to all my family and friends looking for a vehicle.

The sales person Dennis K. is a great team member to the chevrolet family. I have been looking for a new car for months, however I couldn't find one. Every time I went into a dealership I felt uncomfortable due to the sales people not understanding my needs and just wanting to make a sale. Dennis made sure I was comfortable with the car, took into consideration my upcoming baby and new family needs, and found the best car for my family at a reasonable price. He is a great guy, as well as an asset to the chevrolet family. I hope that when my lease is done in 3 years to come back and make another purchase from Dennis K. at East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston.

Purchase of my Trailblazer SS...

I had a great experience in the purchase of my new SS with East Hills, and thoroughly enjoy the truck, as it is a highly performing and somewhat unusual vehicle. I'm very happy with my decision in making the purchase at this dealer, and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future. I met a few of the staff, and they were flexible and eager to work with me to find the right deal we were both happy with. It must be kept in mind that dealers will be dealers. Dealers have their best interest in mind. That's their job. Having said this, if they take the time to entertain what the buyer wants also, then they have, overall, done their job well. I received a call a couple of weeks after the sale and was asked if there were any problems or anything that needed attention. I thought that was cool of them. sneaky sales people

this dealership is the perfect example of why people hate buying cars. Despite confirming the price multiple times before I showed up to buy the car, on the day of payment the cashier added "delivery fees" and all the other nonsense that were not supposed to be in deal, and the sales person I dealt with was no where to be found. [non-permissible content removed] Do not trust these guys.

Buyers Beware!

This dealership will do anything to make a sale. Don't trust anyone there even if you have it in writing just do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They totally screwed me on my car for my business. They lied to me, they didn't do what I asked them to do and cost me thousands of dollars in lost business. I had to wait almost two months for the correct license plates to work when all the salesman had to do was simply pull the DMV paperwork and re-do it but he (Juan) did not and even when I complained to the Manager (Robert) he dropped the ball lied and beat around the bush. I am suing them so join in [email address removed] if you got screwed too!

The worst buying experience

John, the manager, Dan, the salesman, and Michael, the finance guy cannot be trusted. They will say anything to sell a car and then change the terms and fees even after you have a signed contract. Don't go there to pick up your new car until you have confirmed the $$ again, again, and again over the phone. Once you are in the showroom, Michael will present you with different $$ and tell you stories about the salesman was wrong, even though John the manager approved the deal. Michael adds all kinds of hidden fees.
