Don't waste your time

I had a car picked out and scheduled a test drive. Prior to me getting there and looking at the car, it was sold with no call or concern. So I made the drive up to the dealership to only find out that it had been sold. I also asked my grandparents to come with me to come see the car. so not only a waste of my time but there's also. When I asked to see the manager he simply hid in the back while I was told he wasn't available. I wouldn't have been upset if it wasn't for the fact that I didn't receive a call 4 days after the car was sold knowing I was coming to look at it. And then didn't even have the guts to come face to face with me about it. Just another sleazy car salesmen.

I didnt think any one would help me after i was turned down at 3 other places. My credit went down after a bad divorce so i just needed someone to give me a shot and Tony and his team did! They were so nice and helpful and didnt judge me like other dealers did. I got an awesome pre-owned car at a fair payment. I feel like this place really cares and i wasnt just a nuber or a car sold. The process was much easier than i thought and now i have a safe vehicle for me and my baby girl. GO SEE TONY!

I contacted Tony Mangino Mits via email and got a response back within 10 mins. Mike answered all my questions and had the car pulled up and waiting for me when i arrived. The whole process took about 45 mins and I came back the next day and picked up my car. I feel like they really went above and beyond to make sure i was happy! Tony Mangino personally worked with me too and he was such a nice guy! I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned car.

Positive and Fair Treatment

My car search process started because my VW lease was six months from expiring. The local VW dealer called me and said they were looking to stock up on used cars of the model I owned and wanted to buy out existing lease. After a lengthy and exhaustive car research process, I finally narrowed my new car selection to the Mitsubishi Outlander as it provided the right balance of features, performance, gas mileage and price. I had worked with three dealers, two local and one about two hours away. Justin at Mangino Mitsubishi offered me a fair quote. I took my VW to the local VW dealership to take them up on their offer. Ultimately this turned out to be a tactic just to get current owners in the door because they told me that while they would 'buy out' the lease, I still would have to roll a substantial amount of the remaining payments onto a new VW. I called Justin at Mangino and told him what had occurred and informed him that I would need to wait on a new car purchase. He asked me to not give up and bring the VW into them for an appraisal. We had gone back and forth over the numbers. In the end, they had written up an offer to give me the full amount needed for the dealer to buy out the lease, $2000 more than the VW dealership had. When he took the paperwork back to the owner (Tony Mangino, I believe was his name) to draw up the final forms, he came back and told me that he had confused the owner with his summary of our discussions and they had written $1000 more than the owner had intended on the trade. However, he said, since this is what we'd agreed on as final numbers, the owner would stand by the offer. The only real hiccup in the process was after all the paperwork was drawn up and the day I was supposed to take delivery, I received a call from their finance department and was told that she had done everything possible to get the rate they had prequalified me for on the lease, but because of my credit situation it turned out to be a little higher. Since then I have had a number of basic maintenance and recall work done at the service department and appreciated their proactive approach to give me the best service possible. In one case, calling me about a recall and telling me that my car had qualified for a free oil change but the offer, which had supposedly been mailed to my house, was about to expire. They scheduled the recall and did the oil change free of charge when I finally got the car into the service center.

Not Too Bad

Purchased a car from this dealer in 2008. Saleperson was very low-key. Not pushy. No outright lies except the owner told me that my car was no longer being made and suggested a dealer trade if I wanted specific options (as factory order was not possible). I checked later with Mitsu and found out they were still in production. Cost me a few hundered more than it should but I got the car I wanted 3 months earlier. Still it was a lie. F&I was pretty low pressure. Tried to sell extended warranty and mop&glo but didn't push for gap or life insurance or any of the nonsense stuff. All in all I give them a "B".
