I won’t be back...everything from the negotiations to delivery was nothing spectacular. In a business deal you would hope the dealership would want the customer leaving with the feeling he got a good deal. Well I don’t, they use the certification as a marketing tool.. do some research, your better of buying it used and adding a extended service plan from manufacturers...cars are over priced, and not willing to negotiate. The fact that they didn’t even give me a full tank of gas after buying a car just shows the level of professionalism and quality of this dealership. I will never be back to this dealership, I would pay more somewhere else. Completely disappointed!!! Get your act together used warehouse!!

This was the most seamless transaction I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I will be dealing with Burdick/Drivers Village from here on out. Roy Heath was the most efficient and understanding sales rep - I HIGHLY recommend him!!

I purchased a 2010 Avalanche from Napoleon Munoz and Nate Solomon last week. They were very professional, very helpful and worked with me within my needs and price range. I have also had a couple of calls from them since assuring that I am happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used car to go through them.
