Great experience

This dealership was about 75 miles away and I was tentative. My salesman, Chris was not pushy. He gave me a number, we were close. We negotiated and came to a deal, without Chris having to go deal with a faceless manager. Everything was done right there at Chris's desk. I did not expect to come home with the car the same day. Less than an hour for the test drive and dealing. They got the car ready, they even have a DMV right there and we drove home with a new 13 Sorento a couple hours later. All in all I am very happy with Burdick.

I'd never been to this dealership before and didn't know what to expect. Was greeted promptly and warmly at a welcoming desk. A salesman came over and introduced himself. The experience was the best I've ever had. I test drove two vehicles, looked through several others, and I wasn't rushed, and all my questions answered. I wanted to do business here, but they did not have the car that I needed on the lot and I needed a car imediately. Too bad.

Buyers Beware!!!

I bought a Sportage from the dealership after my car died on me two days before my wedding. Joe sold me a 67,000 mile car under the pretense that the kia package was 100000 mi bumper to bumper warranty for all cars(not just new). I bought the car and found out six months later that I never was given the warranty because it doesn't exist (you have to buy an added extended warranty for an additional price). When I talked to the manager about it I found out that Joe was no longer working for them, and that there was nothing in writing that covered the warranty of the car.(I had never even thought to ask for it because I was told that it came with the car!) When I addressed that a salesperson pretty much lied to me repeatedly about what I was buying(as I did question him several times about the warranty), the response from the general sales manager Ryan Meek, was that it was not his problem and that he was covered legally by the paperwork. I never have been treated so badly before! I left in tears because not only was I lied to six months ago but now I'm stuck with an older car that isn't covered and I have to pay around a grand for something that I was already told I had. Ryan Meek, the general manager never even apologized for the situation that his sales person put me in! Instead of at least treating me like a human being, he was very smug, actually smirking and saying(as I am crying),"I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but you signed the contract." He basically dismissed my husband and myself because he was not liable, not caring about our satisfaction. If they did it to me, they have done it in the past(as evident by the F rating that they carry with the bbb), and they may do it to you. I would avoid buying anything from this dealership because if you do have a complaint, not only will it not be resolved, but you will be disrespected as well!!!!
