Great car at the BEST Price

We shopped around and told each dealer exactly what we were looking for and that we would be making a decision by the weekend with whichever dealer had the best price. We bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Tim Barnard's Chevrolet. I love my new car. Tim was great to work with, He gave us exactly what we asked for and his price beat everyone else. This is the second car we've bought there and we plan to go back later this year to replace our other car, if Tim can give us a comparable deal.

Tom Dyer spent quality time explaining the new 2015 Malibu to us before and after we took the car for a trial run. Closing the sale went smooth, we pretty much received the rebates and trade-in value that we had expected. Tom made the sale a comfortable experience.

Jim Barnard Chevrolet has always treated me and my family with respect. There is never any pressure to buy and when they say something believe it. My salesman is Tom Dyer and we've bought 6 cars from him, but I would trust anyone in the place. And the service is great too. Do yourself a favor and put them on your list of places to shop.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever. Would have given Zero's if I could.

I was in the market to buy a particular model car and saw an ad in the paper that seemed reasonable. (Worst mistake of my life.) It started off innocent enough with a test drive and an obviously inflated sticker price. We did like the vehicle it had a descent amount of the features we were looking for. The horror began when we went to "discuss numbers". Our salesperson gave us a price that was too high, so we made an offer that immediately was scoffed at. We decided to wait on the purchase and attempted to leave. YES I mean attempted. The manager emerged from his office obviously irate because we had WASTED his time. We were called rude customers even though I was more polite than the manager himself. He belittled us in front of the entire sales staff. At one point he even asked my girlfriend what she did for a living as if to imply it was not important or reputable. While this is all going on I repeatedly asked for the keys to my trade in car which he withheld for over 20 minutes. Suffice to say we barely got out alive. The manager was [violative content deleted]. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY OR EVEN SHOP at this dealer, it's [violative content deleted]. The manager even followed us out to our car to yell at us some more for apparently wasting his time before we could escape. PS. The salesperson had asked for the keys to my trade in so that the manager could "look it over" while we talked numbers. He proceeded to take it for a drive even though I never gave him authorization to drive it. Now immediately after driving off the lot, it is making a loud clunking noise at all speeds. Perhaps this was just coincidence but Im placing my money on the dealer's mistreatment of the car. Unless you want to be harassed and belittled stay away from Jim Barnard Chevrolet!!!
