onOnce a deal was reached, everyone at Keller Chevrolet bent over backwards to make things happen. Gracious and friendly service, was able to drive away same day with the new vehicle. Their expressed and demonstrated genuine appreciation for military / veterans was icing on the cake!!!<br>

onI needed to have my annual inspection and the se vice department advised me of a recal notice. I needed a quick turnaround time for another appointment and they were done with exactly when they said they would be. Wow, I'm impressed!

poor customer service

onpurchased car from keller,bought the extended warnty,after a few months car started to have issues.so far i brought car in 3 times for same repair,and another one they said could not be addressed due to computer in the car for airbags,there is more to the story,but as of now my car still has problems,and the last time i left in tears due to the sales rep giving me a hard time,and lying about my rights for a rental which is included with the warnty i purchased for the car.he also had no regard for the safety of me and my family.i do not feel safe in this car at all.i did my part to protect the car for a piece of mind as far as repairs goes,and all that dan was concerned about was the rental i was driving.called Eric Price the service manager about the first 2 repairs,and poor service i received,it got me nowhere,but leaving a third time in tears.all i want is for my car to be fixed and safe to drive without the worry that my windshield wipers wont stop working and my airbags will work if i would ever get into a accident.in which i came close to 3 times because the windshield wipers stopped working,not good when it is pouring out side and on the thruway.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GM CAR AGAIN.

Worst Service Ever

onSince purchasing my Tahoe 5 years ago I have had it to Keller about 5 times for service, only once were the repairs completed. On 3 other occasions no work was done at all, only excuses as to why it couldn't be repaired. I take this vehicle to anyone else, it's yes sir and my car is returned later completely repaired. On one occasion I even had to ride with a person from the service desk to verify the problem, as I could tell they didn't believe me and they we're the ones who told me what the problem was on a previous visit for the same repair, which I assume wasn't done correctly since I had to have it back again for the same reason. They do excellent oil changes though.
