The Ford dealership is Great 👍 The service department guy -Jake was kind, courteous, professional! The dealership waiting area is clean, spacious, and transparent..I could see the mechanics working on my car, which shows they are confident when doing their jobs👍 Thank you Ford.

My Ford vehicle hit a pot hole & I completely ruined my driver's side front tire. Since my vehicle did not come with a spare, I needed service along with a new tire & possibly a rim. I was originally going to have my car towed to the Ford Dealership that I purchased the car from & was slightly hesitant to bring it to a different Ford Dealership. I should NOT have worried at all. Alex & Angela in the Quick Lanes at Basil Ford in Cheektowaga, NY helped me out as if I was a long time customer of their Ford Dealership! I was very pleased how quickly they got me in & out after verifying my warranty with the Ford Dealership I purchased my vehicle at. All in all, excellent service under bad circumstances. I am both grateful and pleased. Thank you again to Alex, Angela, & the Tech who did such great work on my vehicle.

I have purchase 3 vehicles in my life and this purchase was the easiest! I went there pre-approved with my own financing and ended up getting a better interest rate through the dealer financing! I was able to leave with my new vehicle today! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!!
