RC Lacy Subaru

I was looking to step up to a SUV and was trying several different brands. I had never had a Subaru before but knew they had come out with the new Ascent. I wasn’t looking to get something that big, but it just felt right. Helping me in my decision was Juan Molina. I think he was the best sales person I have ever had. Never once did I feel like his main goal was selling the vehicle. He was focused on what would make me happy by answering my various questions & being very patient with me in my process of looking at various brands. I now have almost 1,000 miles on my Ascent and absolutely love it.

After hitting a deer on the Thruway, I needed to replace my old car fast with one that would perform well in the upstate NY winter. Juan at Lacy Suburu helped me select a new Crosstrek. Lacy provided me a loaner car until my new car was ready. They took care of everything and made the whole experience easy and pleasurable.

I leased a 2018 Impreza. From the start the tag price was competitive, and all the things I read to watch out for/ red flags did not happen. Straight forward. Have bought several vehicles from Lacy in the past also.

i gave the ratings i did because i was in the market for a great used car under 15k and i found a honda fit that was in great shape for a very reasonable price the sales associate bob was great helping me through every step of buying the car and being a young adult it was kinda confusing but bob made everything very easy to understand and helped me get great financing also everyone at the dealership was very friendly also greg was great and also made everything very easy and smooth as far as my insurance went and i would recommend anyone to lacys - very happy with my new honda fit
