Wonderful staff

I must say, hands down best car buying experience. The staff at Caskinette are very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Not only did I have a wonderful salesman Joe Archer (who took exceptional care of me, and made sure all my car needs and specifics were met) the body shop manager Tim fixed and painted my old car. It looked brand new. Thank you kindly Caskinette Crew, you made it effortless! -J

So I went to this dealer because I found a Jeep my wife liked and it was at a good price. But my salesman Derrick talked me into a lightly used F-150. I’m not a ford fan but I was more then happy because he saved me even more money and I got a way better deal because I was pretty negative with my trade! Derrick was completely up front and honestly as are many of the other sales people there. I’m am a loyal customer and I will definitely be back in the years to come! I didn’t think I’d ever drive a ford but for a deal like that I couldn’t say no! Thank you!

Very dishonest dealership

Very disappointed with this dealership. They lied to me on the phone about a rebate just to get me in the dealership. I was upside on my trade and was hoping to get that covered by the rebates. Over the phone I was told they could definitely help me and the rebates will cover almost over it. I went to the dealership the next day and the salesman had no idea what was going on. He had me test drive a car that would never work for my situation. He then wanted me to buy the car and kept going on and on about it knowing very well the deal would never work. To me, this is not a very honest dealership. I understand they want to make money, but I just wish they were honest with me from the beginning. I hate the fact they wasted my time. This is not a dealership I trust and will not be going back. I will also not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Hello I’m not the tipe to but new trucks iv always bought used fixer uppers after about 3 weeks and about 15 different dealers caskenetts was the most helpful and didn’t try convincing me into a truck that was out of my price range I told them what I was looking to spend and they where more than helpful I’m Beyond happy with my purchase I’m a life long customer thanks Chris Vlachos

I was referred to Chris Vlachos at Caskinette Ford for a truck I was interested in and found that the whole process was quick and easy with absolutely no pressure at all. He was willing to come pick up my truck at work for a hitch that was on back order in order for them to install it. You don't normally see sales people going out of there way like that after the sale was complete. I would highly recommend Chris to anybody looking for a great sales experience!! Great truck-buying experience with Jeff Spellicy

I've been looking to buy a Ram 1500 for several weeks and your most recent prices/offerings beat out all competition. I was immediately in contact with Jeff and he was both professional and efficient in working with the inventory available inventory to get me what I wanted. A big selling point for me was that Jeff was autonomous in handling all the financing/insurance/etc. details. I drove two hours to the dealership and it was worth it! Fast service, willingness to accommodate additional requests (last-minute CarFax request, unplanned test drive), and I received trade-in credit for exactly what I was quoted. Today I spent more time enjoying my new ride, less time wrangling numbers over a desk. This is exactly what I want in a truck-buying experience.
