Great Customer Service

by Minnes on 01/17/2013

I leased a 2013 EX37 from Roman, and he was just a pleasure to work with. He got me a great deal on the EX and he even took my old 2009 335XI back to BMW for me. I am looking forward to the next 3 years in my new Infiniti and will be back in 2016 for the next one.Great customer service and dedication, I would recommend Kings Infiniti, the experience definitely exceeded my expectation.

My bad experience with Kings Infiniti

by beadvised on 04/17/2009

Before buying from kings infiniti in Brooklyn, NY My personal experience with Kings Infiniti in Brooklyn NY: 1) Visited Kings Infiniti inquired about the 2007 G35X. (3 members were involved Leo, Danny and their manager Bob). 2) Seller guaranteed the car certified by "Infiniti". 3) Negotiated price and settled on $23000. 4) Made a deposit, signed agreement and supposed to pick up in 4 days. 5) Two days later they called stating they cant sell the car because it had an accident, therefore has engine problems. Yet I can't see documents for it. WHAT HAPPEN TO..? a) They told me the car was in an accident and the engine was bad but carfax.com was clean. b) They guaranteed it was certified. (Meaning this car was fully checked and has gained enough points to be certified). c)I already made a deposit and had to pay the remaining balance after the servicing was done on the car.(oil change, car wash ect.) d) My deposit contract guarantees fix at their cost since the car was already certified anyway. e) Did they have higher bidder? So they sold what was already mine. But I know i went to an authorized Infiniti and not an auction. AN AUCTION IS DIFFERENT TYPE OF BUSINESS!!! Overall: They were dishonest; Bad customer service; and when things go bad they become aggressive and disrespectful. This is my experience Good Luck to all of you

Very dishonest dealership

by fireboy379 on 03/21/2009

I cannot say enough bad things about Kings Infiniti. I had negotiated a deal with them on a lease car. I was very clear from the start of our negotiations that I only wanted to pay the bank fee and first payment upfront. All the taxes should be rolled into the monthly payment. I came to an agreement with them, signed a contract and gave them a deposit. After I signed for the car I did a little research, so I wasn't totally shocked for what happened when I went to pick up the car. I sat down with Boris, the finance manger, and the first question he asked was how I was going to pay the $1,800 in taxes. Funny thing was that nowhere on my contract did it mention the taxes where extra. They claimed that because the contract said "1,200 Down" and a "monthly payment of $515" and not "$1,200 total out of pocket" I was in the wrong. Of course the salesman denied that he and I had an understanding. I encourage anyone thinking of using this dealership to think twice and do a little homework on them. I understand that car dealerships are businesses and need to make money. But Kings Infiniti gives car dealers a very bad image.

We Love Our New Baby EX35!

by iloveu7 on 03/12/2009

My husband and I were looking for a more luxury vehicle and recently leased a 2008 Infiniti EX35. We worked with David G. who IS the best car saleman we have ever worked with, period. He was very understanding and spent a lot of time working with us until we got into a price range that was acceptable to us. No mind games, no nonsense, no kidding!! When we came to pick up the car, he did an EXCELLENT job of explaining all the features and functions of the car. We felt very comfortable shopping with Kings Infiniti and we are, admittedly, not the easiest people to deal with. After checking 3 other dealerships and 2 private leasing companies, we was so relieved when we reached Kings Infiniti...We are glad to recommend David and Kings Infiniti for their honesty, friendliness and fair dealings. Thank you "KINGS" family!!
