I work at a real branded dealership and I was looking for an Infinti q50. They had the cheapest ones by far about 9-10k cheaper than the other dealers. After multiple calls, every lady I talked to said I wouldn’t even be able to talk to a sales person unless I filled out a credit app and got ‘pre approved’. Pre approved is a bs term first of all and I have 750 credit so not only was that insulting but also laughable as a car salesman myself. After reading the reviews I’m so glad I didn’t fall for this trap. Bunch of [non-permissible content removed] and I’m not sure how they exist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Buyer beware

Called to confirm they had a certain vehicle and made an appointment to check it out. After driving almost 4 hours they informed us it had been sold the day prior and nobody could let us know for some reason. The salesman talked us into checking out something similar and they would honor the $32,000 sticker on the sold one.... well after sitting around for almost an hour the car still hadn't been brought to our location. The salaseman came back with his numbers for the car. Somehow a $32,000 stickered car out the door comes to $45,000.... his response was "all cars they list are based on $4995 down". Well I'm no mathematician but $32,000 + $4995 = $36,995 not sure where the other $8,005 comes from. This is a classic bait and switch with horrendous customer service on top of it. STAY FAR AWAY
