The staff at Brewster Subaru is excellent. Today we finalized the purchase of our 4th Outback from this dealership (under this and previous owners). Fours cars and never an issue. Our salesperson Ed is a very professional experienced salesman, and a nice guy as well. The manger Nelson is friendly and a Pro and will get you a fair deal on your Subaru. Treated horribly after being promised by Denise that the car was on the lot(it wasn't) and that Nelson the Manager would assist me (he didn't) I wasted over two hours never saw the car despite a trip to Danbury and there was NO APOLOGY for the deplorable treatment.

The entire experience and atmosphere Brewster Subaru put my faith in car dealerships !!!! Robyn my sales person is great !!! I already have told friends and acquaintances to go take a look At the new subarus .... I totally love my new outback !!! Nelson the general manager is the best ... He made me feel right at home ... My husband and I went in to purchase a vehicle, Anthony was our sales rep. Anthony was on point with every and any question we had. His personality and attitude was a joy and pleasure to deal with.
