The service experience was good. The work was discussed, estimated and completed on-time. The process to get started was bit lengthy, but, it's better to have more clarity and information than less. I was treated well, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable, with TV, water, coffee, restroom and wi-fi.

I had a good experience purchasing a new 2012 Equinox. That said, do your research, and visit several dealers, especially is a trade-in is involved. This dealer gave me the most for my trade, and worked with me and my relative to get the GM Employee pricing worked-out. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and respectful. The vehicle delivery was excellent.
