I recently bought a new Toyota Camry Camry hybrid at Lia Toyota. I worked with Joseph Constable. He put me at ease and answered all of my questions about the car. When it came time for the big ask, the price he gave me was an "out the door price" I wasn't hit with a single dollar of additional taxes, fees, and so on. Even after the sale, Joseph took the time to help me register a new EZ-Pass tag for my car and to hook up my phone to the car. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Lia Toyota and salesman Joseph Constable

Totally professional service with a personal touch, Ralph Russo is an asset to Lia Toyota. I’m sure he is appreciated by his employer. Dealership is run like a well oiled machine, everyone from custodians,sales ,finance & service are friendly. Every area of the building is immaculately clean & waiting room is very comfortable & wait time passes quickly.

Lia Toyota has always been our trusted go to for sedans, trucks, and SUVs. Their service department is reliable and honest. We recently had an issue and Cody McCarthy got us in that day and arranged for a loaner car, so I could get back to work. He kept me in the loop on the progress and there were no surprises on the bill. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent Communications

We had a small issue with fluid levels not being checked ie no windshield washer fluid, anti-freeze barely above the “Low” Mark. Brandon Bucceri our Service Advisor took care of it right away. Very pleasant people work at this Dealership!

This dealership is run with the highest amount of courtesy and professionalism. I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4, and, because Toyota’s are built to last, my recent experiences have all been with the Service Department. My service advisor, Ralph Russo, is excellent. There is no request too small or too big. Ralph Russo always comes through!

This team’s customer service is unmatched!!! I’ve never felt so safe and secure bringing my car somewhere. Brandon Bucceri took such great care of me!! He is such a class act. The best of the best. He sent me updates through the entire service appointment, communicating everything that was needed for my car. I was able to communicate with him via text too, which was so convenient. He got me in early for my appointment and the service was so quick!! They have a really efficient staff here. I would never bring my car anywhere else. This place it top notch! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Clearly explained and efficiently done

Very accommodating in an emergent situation. I have l lost brakes and suffered damaged tires and been able to get immediate service. They clearly explain their diagnosis of auto needs and what could wait and what should be dealt with immediately. Up front calculations of cost. You can wait while repairs are done or be taken home and picked up if repairs are lengthy. My most recent service was efficiently handled by technician Ralph Russo. Completely satisfied with service.
