Overall my experience leasing a Hyundai Tucson was Very Good

I leased a new Hyundai from Healey Bros even though it wasn't the closest dealer to where I live because they have fair (MSRP) pricing and service. I was handled through the sales process by Mike Mojica who helped me get the deal I wanted, took back my old leased car and got through the paper work for the lease quickly. I also liked working with the finance manager, Anthony Minervini, because he explained all the financing and service options to me., The car was ready, clean and filled with gas when I left the dealership and I'm very happy with the car and the service.

An unplanned great experience

Though it was a long process, I did not feel like I was taking up anyone else's time. I also liked that though I am not in the BEST financial state, I was not treated any different than someone who could drop $5,000 cash down and was turning in a like-new car.

We're do I begin...after spending weeks searching for the right vehicle for me I came across Healey Hyundai...I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and straight forward sales person Jon V...Himself and the rest of the team at Hyundai worked diligently and hard to make sure I left happy, they kept EVERY promise they made. And I am now the very proud owner of a Hyundai. They provided me with great customer service and everybody is very approachable, knowledgeable and professional. You can't go wrong buying a car here. mark was wonderful. We had saw him a few months ago to discuss a new car and price just wasn't right at the time. We came back and knew we had to see him. Mark explained everything to us and before we even got into the car started the process of finding out what the payment would be for us. We loved the Tucson and the price was where we could afford it and boom we have our new car. Mark helped us deal with our annoying insurance agent and made sure everything was tip top perfect shape before we left. I have never experienced as good customer services as Mark and the Healy team provided us. Thank you!

Very professional and extremely pleasant staff who put us at ease and listened to our concerns in purchasing a new vehicle. Steve Ramnitz our salesman, was patient and answered all of our questions and helped us decide on the best car for us. After the purchase was complete, we were given detailed instructions on the operation of the vehicle by Taylor. That was extremely helpful since the last new car we purchased was in 2005 and did not have any of the new features the new cars have now.
