Finance guy told me "come back in 6 months and we'll see if we can get you a better interest rate.. Came back 6months later, only to have him laugh at me, and tell me "whell it's too late now". Service department was good tho. Never again will I buy anything from these people.

I absolutely LOVE Toyota of Batavia and Jason Palmer is amazing!!!! He’s friendly, helpful and honest! I send many people to him as I trust him w my friends... we drive 2 and a half hours just to do business there⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟Toyota should be proud of this dealership and especially Jason Palmer! I highly recommend him and this dealership if you want honesty without games!

Stephen Schaefer was a GREAT Salesman. It was my second lease from Batavia Toyota and as always i was very happy with my new Rave 4 lease it was less than my Camry and I love the service and LOVE my new Plum Rave 4. Stephen was attentive and informative on all my questions and concerns....I am recommending all my friends and family of Batavia Toyota.

I had gone to 2 other place before coming here, and walked away from both because of salesman seemed to be more interested in selling me what he wanted not what I wanted. Terri was totally different, relaxed, answered all my questions or found out the answers if she didn't know, friendly, no pressure, told me to even go home and think about it before making a choice. Made my choice and bought the car, would highly recommended Terri, thanks again!

Top Notch Dealer and Salesperson

In February of this year, I determined it was time for a new car, having not purchased a vehicle since 2007 and the vehicle I was driving was aging at about 10 years old with 205,000 miles on her. Even though I did not purchase a Toyota or Scion, I found a gently used 2013 Honda Civic Coupe with low miles which is exactly what I wanted. We met with Terri and she was super, she's down to earth and honest and just all around easy to deal with. Tony was our Finance person and he also was wonderful in dealing with. Buying a car can sometimes be an anxious and scary time, but Batavia Toyota and primarily Terri and Tony made the experience worry free and such a wonderful experience. I recommend Batavia Toyota for anybody out there who is ready to purchase a vehicle, whether it be new or used. You will not be disappointed at all.

Outstanding Experience

After searching the web for a preowned Prius that met my requirements of low miles, outstanding condition and an extended warranty I happened upon the Toyota dealership in Batavia. I call the dealership and have to say I was impressed with the help I received from Chris Brown. He verified that the car I was interested in was available in the inventory system and then walked the lot just to be sure, calling me back within 10 minutes. I live 50 miles from the dealership and am self employed with my wife. We don't generally have much time away from the business but taking a trip to the dealership was well worth it. Chris had the car waiting for us to test drive. After a brief conversation and some light negotiating we came to an agreement. In a previous life I was worked for the financial arm of a major car manufacturer, so I know the business. My experience was absolutely what one would NOT expect from a dealership! Chris was friendly and he was absolutely helpful in all ways. In fact, the whole dealership was. The F & I (finance and insurance) guy was able to match a low financing rate we received from a credit union (keep your credit clean folks!) The title clerk and service department had the car ready to deliver within two hours. My wife and I came back from lunch the same day and drove it home, saving us a 100 mile round trip. I felt we got a great value, even more so given the way we were treated. Kudo's to Chris and we'll be back! (no I'm not related to him! :-)

I just purchased a used Toyota at Batavia Toyota.My wife and I had a great experience there.Excellent service and we can't say enough good about how we were treated by Terri Moriarty. My wife and I are both disabled and my wife has to use a walker..Terri took excellent care of her and made she was helped in and out of the vehicle and made sure her walker was handy every minute.Everyone we were in contact there,Tony,Peter were treated us with the utmost respect. I have always bought at the big dealerships in Bufffalo, but I'm so glad I went to Toyota of Batavia! It's a much more relaxed atmosphere and very low pressure. Terri Moriarty made some serious magic happen and got me a great deal all the way around from trade-in value to purchase price!

After researching and searching for the perfect used car (2009 Toyota Venza), the most competitive price was from this Toyota dealership on a certified preowned car. Cue my surprise! The salesman, Joe Furlong, went above and beyond to make the experience convenient despite coming in from out of town. Their finance department also beat the loan offer I had from the my bank. In short: the service was 5 stars, and my comprehensive search yielded that the best price was here.

I recently purchased a Prius from Toyota in Batavia from Bob! Not only was he a great car dealer, he was so friendly and made the car buying process run smoother then I was anticipating. Stacy Williams also helped the whole process a long and made sure everything went off perfectly. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I love my Prius so much.

I recently purchased my first car at Toyota in Batavia and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Chris Brown was my salesman, and the first person I saw on the lot when I drove up. He was very friendly and not pushy at all! I had visited other dealerships but I decided I should go back to Batavia one last time. Chris recognized me right when I showed up and was very eager to help me through the process of buying my new Camry. Being my first car purchase ever I was a bit nervous but Chris was very patient and put up with endless phone calls from me, even up to ten on the day I was picking the car up, which made it a very good first experience. I would recommend the folks at Toyota of Batavia in a heart beat.

I was looking for a reliable car on a tight budget and after months of looking, I wasn't sure what I was going to end up with. Chris Brown and Stacy Williams at Toyota of Batavia were both helpful and patient with me. From start to finish, they were professional and knowledgeable. Chris explained the features and benefits of each vehicle we test drove and Stacy would let me know which vehicles would work for me and my budget. The whole process was great and I was even able to afford some protection packages for the car since I drive a lot and can't afford to pay for repairs out of pocket.

2011 Toyota Corolla

Best price for this low mileage vehicle in the whole Rochester area. Stacey was great to work with! Knowing that we had to drive over an hour to get to the dealership, she made sure the vehicle was inspected and cleaned prior to our arrival. Although we received better financing with our local credit union, Leon and Stacey made sure we were able to drive home with our purchased vehicle same day as the test drive. This was a no hassle purchase from beginning to end.

Buying a used vehicle anywhere and from anyone can be a harrowing and interesting experience. Not only is the 2008 Toyota 4Runner the best vehicle I've ever owned overall, my experience with Toyota of Batavia, their sales, finance, office and service staff was the best group of car people I've ever dealt with as well...by far.
