We came to buy a pre-owned Subaru XV Crosstrek in August for our son for his college experience. Scott Micho, our sales consultant, was amazing! He and the staff at Fox Subaru/Toyota made our buying experience as comfortable as possible with Covid19 safety. Coming from a military family, we had a quote from the USAA buying service, which Fox Subaru honored with no fuss. The car had just come in to the dealership and when my son and I test drove the car, we noticed cigarette smoke among other things. Scott made sure that the car was fully prepped and cleaned when we came back to take care of the paperwork. He and the staff at Fox Subaru did a great job and even the smoke smell was gone. When we went through the paperwork, Scott and Mike Thompson from Finance explained everything clearly and gave us some options to accept or decline as we felt able. No hassle. Mike got us a great loan rate for our car. My wife, son, and I are very happy with our car. I waited to share our experience to make sure that all the registration and title issues were settled (NYS took a little longer due to Covid19). Happily, the car still is running well and all the paperwork is complete. My family highly recommends Scott and this dealership.
