The final strike was when they denied an inspection for needing urgent repairs which I knew and then verified weren’t needed. Confronted the manager with pics and didn’t even get an apology, just bs excuses. The first time was a factory failure at 25k (on the truck I bought from them) to only get a service quote but zero support. They pray on folks that don’t know better or believe their scams to fill their service calendar.

I traveled about 1.5 hours to get to this dealership - they had a model I wanted. I was not disappointed! Tim D. was the most informative salesperson I've ever talked to - he taught me about all the bells and whistles on my new car and made it a very stress-free experience.
