We were very happy with our experience from the dealership. The staff was friendly and our salesman was very nice and helpful, he answered all our questions. He also helped us with connecting our phones to the Bluetooth and explaining the different control features.

2020 Kia LX Sportage lease

We had just gone from 3 vehicles to 1 but we needed to have 2. A very fair trade in value was offered on my 2010 Edge and this would be applied to my wife's lease. But that still left us short 1 vehicle. Yusuf and Josh worked out our numbers and were able to provide us with a second leasing option and still keep us at budget. They were very accommodating with no pressure tactics - only taking into consideration what we were telling them we needed. They made it happen.

I was in a real tight spot because of shady dealer at another site-Northtown Kia worked hard to find me the best deal to cover my negative equity and make sure that I could afford a new car with amazing warranties-no sales pressure but were definitely working hard behind the scenes to make this work from the salesman, sales manager, and the finance manager-a great experience

Fantastic job done by everyone at Northtown Kia especially my sales consultant Simeon Gaber. I recently totaled my old vehicle and was stressed out having to look for a new car. Simeon was very friendly and gave me countless options for cars that would fit me best. He did a great job of getting me a vehicle that met my needs and that I love!

When the dealer I bought my car from couldnâÂÂt accommodate me for over a month, Northtowns got me in no problem! They helped so much getting everything taken care of through my warranty and were available any time and even got me in a loaner during the repair time for free. I will definitely be buying my next car from here!!

I would highly recommend and refer family and friends to work with Mike Maniscalco and Jake. They were both professional, informative, and most importantly not pushy. Brian S went above and beyond to make my experience a most pleasant and memorable one. I would definitely refer people to him. His attitude and personality were outstanding. He answered all my questions with out making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. His demeanor was more than professional yet very welcoming.
