Second car in at Lia Hyundia 10 months. When bck to Wayn for great service with help from Mike. Made a stressful excperience of replacing our 10 month old Tucson that was totalled in accident smooth. Wayn is a great sales agent made process as enjyable as possible under circumstances as possible.

I have a 15 year-old Santa Fe that I am trying to stretch out for another 6-8 months. Devin Bradt, my service consultant, was knowledgeable and courteous, and most importantly, had the bill come back about $200 less than the estimate. I’ve been working with Lia Hyundai for a long time, and have always been satisfied with the result.

After narrowing my choices to 3 top makers and models, I test drove the three, and without reserve I settled on the Hyundai Tucson SEL. I was looking for a quiet ride, AWD, roomy interior with ample cargo space and a GPS system. The Tucson checked all the boxes plus it combined a sturdy feeling and classy look that the other 2 lacked. With a top warranty and reliability rating that matches or exceeds the competition, it was an easy choice. I liked the ethnic diversity of the agency. There were no pressure tactics at any point. I got a very competitive trade in offer, and the price I wanted on the new car. My salesman, Shawn Vital, was very helpful and patient explaining any unfamiliar new accesories. The 35 mile ride home did not disappoint and gave me plenty of opportunity to enjoy the quiet interior and to get the feel of car. I have a good feeling about this car, and Im going to enjoy not poring through piles of specs and surveys to find my next car for a while.

I walked into Lia Hyundai not long before closing the other evening and was immediately met by Shawn Vital, a young salesman with a welcoming smile. I knew what I wanted to look at and hopefully test drive. I had some questions about the car and Shawn knew the answer to everything right off the top of his head. I was amazed. He didn’t need to refer to any handbooks. Working with Shawn was a delight. We handled everything quite quickly. I hate the game of negotiating when buying a car but with Shawn we managed to come to an agreement easily. He wanted to make this happen and worked with me. Two days later I had my car. Shawn made sure everything was ready for me. I know he will be there as a resource of support, should it be necessary during my lease of this car. Before I left, Shawn introduced me to the service department and showed me the entire facility. It’s the kind of place where one can relax and read while the car is in for service. I couldn’t be any happier for choosing to work with this dealership and by the luck of the draw, to have Shawn as my salesman.

Timothy Frank was excellent at diognosing and so fixing a problem I have been dealing with for the last couple months. Amazing salesman

Wayne was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is very courteous and polite. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time to show us all features of the vehicle. We had some hiccups during our deal but I do not believe this was in any way Wayne's fault. In addition Lia did correct the issue and made it right.
