Terrible Sales and Service

If I could give negative stars, that would be appropriate. This dealership is a complete disaster from sales to service to management. Took six months for my truck to come in, which I understand is not the dealer's fault. But they didn't order my step bars until the day I was schedule to pick the truck up as they "thought they were in stock" and blamed the dealer stocking software. Now they have been on backorder for over a month. These should have been ordered when the truck was ordered, which is the same day I ordered the step bars. Dealer didn't do anything to help, I had to keep asking status. When I was told to speak with parts department, they didn't know where the order was and couldn't tell me anything either. I finally asked for my money back and will order from some place competent. About first service: I had the first service completed by Denooyer and after a few weeks started noticing small oil spots on my driveway. Assuming since the truck was brand new, I kept looking at the wife's vehicle and never found anything. Friday morning I go to the truck and find a massive oil spot on my concrete driveway. The service technician apparently does NOT know how to use a filter wrench and tighten the oil filter. It took 3 turns by hand to snug it up even. Denooyer says they cannot look at it and wanted to tow it to the shop and leave me with no vehicle. Their solution was to make me wait at Mangino Cheverolet so that dealer could run diagnostics for damage and check everything out. So I had to wait 2+ hours there. DO NOT take anything to get serviced here. They are not competent at anything it seems. They didn't even reset the oil and filter when they did service it.

My wife and I were in the market for a newer truck. Was told about the great service here so we choose to take the hour drive to check them out. Ryan (aka rush) was great spent more than half the day with us. He went over ever possible option and got us into what we wanted. He went over the top and now has all of our business for the future. Well worth the drive from anywhere

Bought a New 2016 Silverado. Also got a undercoat treatment. After getting new Rims put on a few days later noticed over-spray all over my factory rims/tires. Upon further review the company had also sprayed my Exhaust, spare tire and missed spots all over. Contacted dealership, was promised New rims, first time I came in they tried to just clean them, 2nd time I got wheels with rust and damage on them worse then my original set. Besides my spare tire being wrecked from overcoat, exhaust and any other damage on the under body the dealership refuses to do any repair. Also told me that they are done doing business with me. Great customer service. Also my Sales guy is now harassing me on my cell phone sending me txt messages swearing. $40k vehicle and this is how I am treated as a customer. Do youself a favor and avoid this place. Not my first problem here but at least before they always resolved my issues. Now they just kick you out and refuse to fix Their problems.

Chevy Malibu

I would recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet because they are always very welcoming and very caring. I just got a 2014 Chevy Malibu and I was experiencing some issues with my headlight and I went in and they took very good care of me. They will work with you on financing a new or used car. I have never had an issue with DeNooyer and I have family that also has a car through DeNooyer and it has never been anything bad. Thank you very much DeNooyer. Also, a very big Thank You to Jay "Taz" Hall for the work you did to find me the best car that I would love.

Volt in a flash

Cars available and we made an appointment for a test drive the next day. Met with sales rep Joe P. Who was knowledgable and helpful without being pushy at all. Follow up communication was answered quickly. The actual buying process was also smooth and easy, with some delay caused by insurance issues we brought by being out of state buyers. Very minor. Overall, we were very happy with our experience. And we love our new Volt.

I met with Matt Horner, who represented your dealership in a way that will be sure to bring myself and my family back. Matt was polite, professional, knowledgable and very in tune to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. It was very enjoyable to not have to deal with the high pressure sales attitude and the extreme haggling that I came to expect from dealing with Northstar. Normally I'm not one to write in to comment about a purchase I've made. DeNooyer gave me the highest trade value out of the 4 dealers I shopped with. They met every need I had and in a few cases exceeded them. My salesman Marc Murphy provided me a completely hassle free experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone. It was well worth the 1 hour + drive to do business with them.

Joe Tomaselli was able to work with me on the purchase of a new 2015 Chevy Equinox, when other dealerships practically laughed at me. I actually purchased a car from the dealer 11 years prior, and saved the best for last in my search, that covered other metro areas such as Binghamton, Syracuse and Western New England. He is polite, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable about all Chevys these days. I highly recommend him.
