Awful New Car Experience

Still the worst experience each time I purchase a new truck, and then need service for repairs. The service department will not repair it, but make it worse - this is a new Ford Bronco that I purchased and they let it pass their inspection with an uneven top that produces excess wind noise as well. Keep the truck for about a week and return it like this with the problem not fixed. I would stay away from every aspect of this dealer. These are before and after photos - as you can see - made it worse by tearing the seal, and did not level them as the TSB would have done if followed properly.

Service Experience

Recently I brought my car to Chalmers Ford to be serviced, this was my first experience with this dealership and it was a very positive one. I plan on bringing my car back for all of it's service. My issue was resolved quickly and the experience working with JC was a very positive one. JC was friendly and communicated updates all along the way, he was a pleasure to work with and helped make it a great experience. Thank you, JC!!

Paid money, problem persists, been more than a month

Took my car in, on extended warranty for my passenger headlamp out (the bulb was good, but the headlamp would flicker and go out). Also mentioned a low speed creak...sounded like maybe rear drivers side. They had my car for a week...said they couldn't find the creak and the headlight had a bad pin in a connector..charged me my deductible and an hours labor (not bad but still a couple hundred dollars). I pulled into my garage later that evening and the passenger headlamp was out again. So I call back and take my car back and they had it for another week and replaced the ballast...this time completely on the house. The moment I got home that light was back out. I called them...they said they would try and look at it but didn't know what was happening. I gave them my car again. More than a week later, they said they couldn't "replicate my issue" and driving around with the headlights on the passenger never goes out. I took my car back and by the time I got home headlamp was out. I had a realization....I drive with the lights on auto because they are cornering headlights, but don't activate with the headlights "on" only when in "auto" I tested the theory and sure enough turn them on and they stay....turn them to auto and as soon as that thing pivots it flickers and dies. I tell them this....they say bring it back....they replace another part...say it should be good (another more than week with my car) and guess what? that light still flickers and goes out......they are NOT getting my car back and I'm ashamed for them that a ford service technician cannot seem to understand what is wrong with a Ford car.
