It's as if they could not be bothered if one is seeking to purchase a new vehicle.. they will not return calls or respond to inquiries when seeking a particular new model. After weeks of trying to get a response as to the availability of a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander I have given up... call me old fashioned, but I refuse to beg any retailer to sell me something.. life is too short. Their sales manager insists they are "no worse than any other dealer" so let that be their epitaph when they file bankruptcy. Apparently, no one their ever took a course in Economics, else they would understand the basic tenet: "The consumer is sovereign" in sales relationships.
