2024 Silverado Trail Boss

by BGambichler1 on 02/27/2024

Great first impression and communication with Maria and Luis Alvarez. They answered all of my questions in a timely and accurate manner. They had the paperwork ready for me a day early and signing with Bear in finance was a breeze. They delivered the vehicle to my house a little later than I would have wanted, but still all good. It's a beautiful truck. My only issue with the truck was with the floor mats, as they looked like they were pulled from another truck and placed in my new truck. They certainly weren't new as they were all scuffed up.

Oil change and tire rotation

by KimandTy on 01/04/2023

Had coupons for a very fair rate came to me in an email from Bravo saying Dear Loyal Customer. However, once at shop lots of problems with using coupons . At the end charged way over amount and ended up being almost 40+ dollars more than coupon and quote. I am not sure what happen that day but I was very disappointed in the financial outcome. Have had several issues with Bravo past year from buying a car that they did not get registered for several months causing us lots of time and money and insurance issues to over payments in maintenance. If it were not for Bonnie we would never go back there. Been going to that dealership with different owners for 30+ years. However, they are a mess now

Oil Change

by Silver Fox on 03/25/2022

Had an appointment for an oil change. Bonnie was prompt, efficient, and professional. Glad to see Bravo appreciates the meaning of an appointment.

from the receptionist on the phone,Salesman, Manager and finance Manager we had a awsome experience, felt very comfortable with the deal that was made. Salesperson Julian Aguliar has been more than helpful even after the Deal was done all about Customer Service.

Amazing customer service

by L_Guillen on 02/28/2017

I called in looking for a specific vehicle, and I was assisted by Aj. He answered all my questions, and scheduled an appt to test drive a vehicle. I would recommend him, as well as Bravo, to my friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

Ray B was great to work with. We haven't bought yet but will likely do so in the future because he made us feel so comfortable, in a very helpful, low pressure way.

unethical management - buyer beware

by fitster on 04/14/2010

here's my sob story. traded my car for 1 year old honda civic. factory warranty sticker on window at Bravo. after 4 days of driving: transmission problems. Bravo said take it to Honda. Honda denied warranty coverage stating the car had been raced and modified. they found metal shavings in the transmission. at this point I went back to Bravo, very stressed, and asked to get my car back. which they did. Minus the down payment for the defective used car. so it cost me over $1000 dollars to get back into my car. minus registering it again. minus dealer document fees that they refused to waive. minus the amplifier that was removed from my original car that the mechanic refused to give back. So it cost me a lot to get back into my own car (and much of this is my own ignorance and poor choice). But here's where Bravo let me down: they did not try to make things right. they made money from me not once but twice. they denied that the car had transmission problems (lying) and resold it to some unknowing buyer (I tried to add the history to the carfax). then, to minimize their guilt they stated that this is how all dealerships operate (I don't think so, that's not my experience) and that there was nothing wrong with the car in the first place, e.g. you should have kept it (with a screwed up transmission) or let us fix it for you (which they later admitted they did NOT do as nothing was wrong to them, and then they resold it.) So they pocketed my down payment for a car I do not have. And people wonder why auto dealers have negative reputations. If you want a Chevrolet or Cadillac, do me a favor so I can believe Bravo's shady karma will catch up with them, as they turned a blind eye to my loss, buy it somewhere else.

First Chevy purchase

by suare1 on 06/27/2009

In looking for a car for my daughter, we narrowed the search to a Fusion, Altima or Malibu. After getting luke warm response to my email inquiries from most dealers, we decided to take the 30 minute drive to Las Cruces, New Mexicu from El Paso, Texas. We called ahead and the salesperson was there to greet us when we arrived and the car was parked out front waiting for a test drive. The price they quoted, was very acceptable. We decided not to buy at that time, but instead decided to consider a certified, used car. The salesman offered to find one for us. They pulled up what was available and told us a low mileage Malibu would be available the next week. They were willing to purchase the car with no purchase commitment from us eventhough I wasn't interested in a fleet vehicle. They called when they recieved the car and again they were waiting with the car out front. Altough the car was in immaculate condition, we decided not to buy a rental car. Instead we went back to the car we first test drove. The negotiation was quick and easy as was the financing process. Although we went through requisite sales pitch for the extended service contract, the finance manager's presentation was well done. This rates as one of the easiest purchases I have ever been through.

Rip off

by bornsucker on 11/05/2008

I had purchased 2 previous cadillacs for this dealer when they were still under the original owner. The new dealer for my latest purchase was being really anti-service. I had one payment remaining on my trade-in, so I gve their finance person a credit card payment for the last payment. When I got home with my new Cadillac, I discovered that my auto bill pay had also made a payment. When I asked the dealer for a refund, they told me that I would get the refund when they received the original title from me. The loan institution sent me the original title, but i got lost in the mail. I was sent a release from this loan institution. I took the release document to the dealer, but they wanted the original title PERIOD. AFTER FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR OVER A MONTH THEY FINALLY RETURNED MY MONEY. When I told my friends about this, they said didn't you hear that you don't buy a car from this dealer!!!!! Since then the car itself has a non functional navigation system. Eighter I get a voice message telling me It can no longer provide guidance or the address is not on the DVD. I have a Garmin Gps that has never failed me. But, the $2,000.00 navigation system is about as helpfull as a plastic compass from a cracker jack box. On Star : I have to connect and reconnect until I find a person who can understand what address i am looking for. The 20008 escalade GM electronics are just for show. The electronics are not accurate enough to be functional.
