Quick, friendly service was received from Hardy Phelps, Sales Rep. I contacted him via telephone and left a message for him to return my call. He called me back within 24 hours from my voicemail message. I told him I wanted my paperwork to start being worked on so I would know if I'd be approved before traveling over 160 miles to the dealership from my rural address. He took my information over the phone and went right to work. He called me by noon, and I told him I was on my way to finalize the papers. Smooth sailing and not so much wait time. It was done!! Ahehee!!

It was fast. Once we decided that we wanted the Terrain, things really moved along, from removing personal items from our car and getting all of the paperwork done. It went very smoothly. We still have a lot to learn about our new car. Thankfully, we have a Manual. So many things you have to go on line, to retrieve any info. That is terrible! So THANK YOU for a Manual. Very good service!
