HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE Bought car on August 4,2021 took cashier check for $21,500, and was told car was ready to drive off. Appointment for 11am, wife looked at car and it has white pastie stains on black car and left rear fender had dent. Dealer said " we have guy on way to get stains off and pull dent out, and for trouble $200 bucks (considerate for trouble and appreciated) then my wife noticed the steering wheel air bag cover was busted in several places. Dealer said he would order one and ship to Nissan dealer near me (5 Miles) for installation. The car was washed and tires had armorall tire black( looked new). So finally got tired of waiting for temp tag I drove off in car. I live in Penna. so I had to have car inspected within 10 days of bringing to state. The 2018 Nissan Altima failed. Reason for failure BALD TIRES which are not same brand, and broken air bag in steering wheel. So I parked the car on August 15,2021 IT IS STILL PARKED over month later, WHY??? because Pelligrino changed the deal. They wanted a FAILURE CERTIFICATE of failure. I sent them the invoice from a certified and registered auto repair shop. That was not good enough, so I went to a SECOND MECHANIC, same result FAILED due to tires and air bag. I sent that report to Pelligrino. TODAY they requestPA DMV Failed inspection notice. This is PA not NJ and we do not have state inspection centers, I have given them what PA issues and still no action. In addition they want me to drive to there dealership TWO HOURS round trip to drop off car to get air bag done and give me "courtesy car" NOT COURTESY to me. I bought 2 other vehicles this year over internet, one from dealer in Youngstown Ohio and they DELIVERED for 50 bucks overnight, the other in Flemington NJ, that dealer brought courtesy car to PA when car needed service. Pelligrino had exact car I wanted so I made mistake and bought from them. Over month after purchase CAR PARKED. I would never buy anything from these people.I bugged them 2 weeks to get service records for car, because was not even sure they changed the oil. I had it changed anyway because could not trust these people. What reputable dealer would NOT PREP or INSPECT car you are putting up for sale? So beware and if you do buy make sure tires have tread and air bag hopefully doesn't activate while you are driving . The world is already a mess, and I hate to add to it by writing this. But I spent 35 years in law enforcement, and all I ask is HONESTY and SERVICE, I did not hold THE CHECK and Paid as asked yet got no RESPECT in return. I have grown tired of waiting and having car parked, i will put over 1000 bucks for tires and air bag just on principal, as Pelligrino will leave you STRANDED all i ask was little RESPECT and not IGNORED over a month later. I see all the 5 star ratings and wished I could write the same but not after this ORDEAL and STALLING. Sorry but I cannot give any stars to this dealership, but it forces you to give at least one, and that is generous, very disappointed and tired of ASKING

Avoid this place if not all Pellegrino dealers. The worst new car experience I have ever had Hard to believe there are people out there cheating when others are honest some even dying for their job Car dealers are indeed notorious but it shouldn’t be that way

Pellegrino was a great experience. I dealt with Harris Shulman. I also spoke with Russell Abate. Both were extremely professional and honest. They tackled the numbers down to fit my goal better than any other dealership. They answered all my questions and were sure to send me off with the right vehicle (2021 Jeep Gladiator). I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I wasted my time driving back and forth to others. I will continue to go through these guys. Harris was amazing and walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything. Just a great experience overall.

We have been buying cars for over 30 years - Dodges, Chryslers, and BMW's. Never have we encountered the stellar customer service and knowledge of the sales team at Pellegrino! Our salesman, Patrick Brown, was not only 100% knowledgeable, but was able to guide us almost completely over the phone, with what would fit our family the best. We have the jeep of our dreams, and Patrick STILL, ever after the sale, is there for us with our questions and is so helpful with our additions to our vehicle. Everyone we encountered at Pellegrino were ALL so customer service oriented- very rare in 2015. We have 4 more vehicles in the next 6 years we will need to purchase, and we would not even think of going to any other dealership, thanks to Patrick a Brown and the Pellegrino team!! I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Pellegrino. I love it! Our salesman Dan was very nice and informative. He was very helpful answering all of my questions. I'm glad I made the decision to go to Pellegrino, the entire dealership was very friendly and made you feel at home. I definitely recommend going to Pellegrino if you want a good car buying experience, make sure you go see Dan!

An Abundance of Patience, Customer Service and Quality

After visiting 2 other dealerships, one of them being a different Jeep dealership, we were beyond pleased to have found Pellegrino Jeep. From the moment you walk into their dealership, you feel like a priority without feeling pressured. Our sales agent Daniel Walsh was fantastic! He was sweet, informative and incredibly patient. Had the other Jeep dealership given us this kind of service, they probably would have had our business but I am so happy they didn't. The quality of our new Cherokee and their patience in waiting for all of our insurance issues to be resolved (well past closing) was so nice. Thank you to Dan and the whole team at Pellegrino for a fantastic experience and a GREAT family SUV!

Ask for Patrick Brown when you go to Pellegrino. We visited 4 other dealerships and he was by far the best. He was so helpful, down to earth and didn't pressure us at all. We didn't expect to get a car that day, but he worked with our budget and made it happen. My fiance had to leave halfway through the process to go to work in Philly. He let us borrow a brand new Jeep so I could drop him off and gave us money for the bridge toll. I came back and told him he had to rush again because I had a dress fitting in an hour. He rushed around to complete the process so I could get out in enough time and even helped me transfer things from my old car to my new Jeep Patriot. It was a quick and painless process thanks to Patrick! We'll definitely use him when we buy a second car and I would strongly recommend using him!

I went to two different dealers before I stopped at Pellegrino, and they both didn't hold a candle to Pellegrino. Patrick Brown is the absolute best!!! I cannot speak highly enough of him. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Jeep.. and he surely succeeded. I was incredibly impressed with his service. I highly highly highly recommend Patrick Brown, as well as Pellegrino for your next Chrysler/Jeep purchase!

I had recently been in a car accident, totaling my vehicle. I had purchased the vehicle from Pellegrino and as a returning customer, Patrick picked me up from the Lindenwold train station and put me in another Jeep right away! Not only did they make sure I wasn't without a vehicle, Patrick even filled up my tank! Hands down, the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

I was looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler and spoke to 4 different new car dealers and a couple of used car dealers as well. Pellegrino beat them all hands down. Glenn was the best car sales person I've seen and I've seen quiet a few. There was absolutely no pressure during the entire process. Glenn was honest, straight forward and very professional. He got me the best price Pellegrino could offer and asked me to do all my research and get back to him. I did and after a lot of looking around, and also spending half a day with two different dealers, came back to Pelligrino. I can't believe this dealership makes a transaction so simple. They offer you the best price, no hidden costs, no beating around the bush, no sales gimmicks.. Overall, I could not be happier than this with my purchase. Glenn called me on many occasions after the purchase just to make sure everything is well and I am 100% happy. I'd go back to these folks for all my car purchases in future. My husband and I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Pellegrino dealership and the salesmen named Daniel Walsh was the best. He was very nice to deal with and very friendly. Actually everyone was talked to in the dealership was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my Jeep too. Go see Dan, he's the man !!!!

After visiting a few dealerships and experiencing my fiance's purchase from another dealership a day before, I was extremely pleased with everything at Pellegrino Jeep. My sales associate Patrick was genuinely friendly and helpful. No one was pushy, they didn't trap us for hours and it was an overall comfortable experience. I would send anyone looking for a new or used car here, and I would certainly return.

Patrick sold me my brand new Jeep Compass. It was the easiest car process I ever experienced. Right from the beginning Patrick was helpful, knowledgeable and stayed within my price range. He was by no means a typical pushy car salesman. Patrick was very professional and made this big decision enjoyable. I never once felt pressured. Anthony Pinto was super helpful as well.
