From the time I arrived to the time I left the dealership, nothing but a great experience. They were very fair with my trade-in and worked to get me approved by rolling over some negative equity into my loan. Being a Chevrolet dealer, I was impressed how much knowledge Raffaele had with a used Kia. At no point did I ever feel pressured into buying the vehicle. Got in a nice test drive, had to wait a bit for the finance approval, but the car was detailed perfectly and the gave a full tank of gas. Appreciate the service I received!

Everyone knowledgeable, polite, very helpful and accommodating. Sales person came in on her day off to let me take delivery from her. I needed an additional treatment on car after purchase. Everyone at dealership remembered me and helped, service fit me in and courtesy shuttle took me to work.

I recently purchased a certified used car and was very pleased with the overall experience. My salesman, Jace, was helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was reluctant to deal with a 'typical' salesman but Jace was a pleasure to do business with. His honestly, courtesy and overall good nature made me feel comfortable and I felt good about the experience. That is fantastic. This dealership is much further away from a nearby Chevy dealership but well worth the extra half hour trip. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant...especially Jace's co-worker who offered me a cannoli. M purchase was a good experience and Pelligrino should be proud to have such talent working for them.

After my local dealer didn't have the model I wanted and (IMJ) was giving me a bit of a run around and not the entire deal on the inventory they did have until the second day I was there, I went on Chevy's website (while I was sitting at the desk of the salesperson at my local dealership), and found 2 dealerships had the vehicle I wanted nad Pellegrino was the closest one...when I got there I was greated by Jack H...I told him the whole story and that the web showed them having two of the vehicle I was interested in...one of them...MY truck...was on the showroom floor...I told Jack I didn't need to be sold...because "this" was the truck I saw on the web and all we needed to do was run the numbers and I would know whether I was going to be a new Silverado owner or not...Jack went and spoke with the Sales Manager, Dominic and he shot me straight right from the start...told me the sale price, what discounts and incentives he was giving me, how much he was offering for my vehicle ($1k more than my local dealer and exactly what it was worth according to kbb.com, BTW) and that was it...no BS, straightshooting dealer...exactly what I wanted on the exact truck I wanted...it's awesome and I love it...Pellegrino and its staff are awesome and I appreicate the outstanding experience!

After a substantial internet search for a used Honda Odyssey, discovered what appeared to be a very nice 2010 at Pellegrino. I was becoming a bit leary on used car internet sales as I mad a trip to one dealership to view what looked like a nice vehicle, only to realize that the low resolution of the internet photos masked numerous flaws on the car. I was about a 6 hour drive from the dealership, had many questions and didn't want to endure a wasted trip again. The folks at Pellegrino were GREAT! I asked for hi resolution photos and they promptly took them and sent them to me. They answered all of my questions, independent of how detailed and provided a price that was simply unmatched (not even close) by any dealership within the 8 state region that I was looking in. When I arrived, the car was exactly as it had been presented. The level of service provided by my Salesman Jace S., as well as manager Vince B. and internet representative Ashley W. was outstanding. When things go right, it is easy to look good but when things don't go exactly as planned, that is when you will find out whether you are dealing with a good dealership or not. I had two items go off track. First, because I was titling the car in a different state and NJ temp tags are only 20 days, we were getting backed against a wall. While the dealership didn't directly control this, Jace went out of his way making phone calls and trying to ensure this went right. Ultimately, the tags were overnighted to my home and we avoided lapsed tags. Second, the vehicle developed a power steering issue shortly after bringing it home. I contacted the dealership to see if it would be covered under the warranty that came with the car. It appeared not to be but they didn't shut me down on the possibility that they would either take care of or assist with the repair. Without my request, they contacted Honda and determined that the power steering pump on these cars had an extended warranty on it. They provided all the pertinent data on this and instead of me experiencing frustration, a quick trip to Honda and problem solved; free of charge. My point in this would be that Pellegrino Chevy could have said thanks for buying the used car and good luck but they didn't - they made numerous phone calls and despite the fact that I am several states away, never stopped trying to assist until I was satisfied. All I can say is simply; Thanks. It was a great buying experience, great folks to work with, great price and we love the car.

Very pleasant experience with Michelle P. our salesperson. Michelle was attentive but not pushy and not aggressive. There was no price bickering with Dominick the manager and he worked with me to get out of a very unpleasant car. Love the Equinox so far - no regrets like I had with my previous vehicle.
