This is our 3rd Infiniti leased from Circle Infiniti. Ray Andrews has assisted us with all 3 car sales and is an extremely professional sales person. Ray is patient and worked closely with us to ensure we were comfortable with the pricing of each vehicle without ever doing a hard sell. Brian Conway has been the sales manager working with Ray on each of our car purchases. He is extremely professional in making sure we were comfortable with the pricing and overall car purchase experience. Brian is the nicest and most respectful sales manager we have ever dealt with compared to sales managers handling prior car purchases. We will continue to recommend Circle Infiniti, Brian and Ray to our friends.

Ray Andrews was easy to work with and delivered my vehicle as promised in a smooth and hassle free manner which is tough to come by in this business. it is greatly appreciated. Outstanding salesman

I have recently returned to Circle Infinity to return my leased vehicle. My decision to lease another car, was primarily based on my salesman Ray Andrews. I met Ray two years ago when I first leased a G35 at Circle Infinity. His knowledge, personality and professionalism made my experience pleasant. Ray was also willing to help me with finding agreeable terms on my lease that would be beneficial to me. Towards the end of the above lease agreement, Ray contacted me to remind me of my lease return and advise me of my options. I was away at the time, and Ray worked with me thru both email and telephone. This began one of the smoothest transitions, I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle! When I returned to Circle, Ray had everything prepared for me and was also accommodating when I chose to change the colors of my car. I drove out of Circle three days later 100% satisfied. Circle Infinity truly erases all the bad hype that came with purchasing a vehicle and rewards their customers with exemplary service. I will remain a customer of both Ray Andrews and Circle Infinity and highly recommend their services.

On 12/23/2014 I purchased a new 2015 Infiniti Q40. Thankfully we had a wonderful salesperson, Raymond Andrews. His attention to detail and vast knowledge about the vehicle not to mention the process was instrumental with my deciding to purchase the car. Raymond was patient, insightful, thoughtful and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with him.

I feel Raymond Andrews did an outstanding job assisting my sister with her new car. He knew what we wanted he didnt push or rush her into anything. I first took my sister to Ray Catena infiniti where I got my 3 vehicles from and the experience was totally different. My own lease will be up soon and I'm definitely going to circle infiniti for my next and future leases. Can't forget the staff everyone there was friendly. I had a wonderful seamless experience at Circle Infinity. Raymand A was the reason that I would refer others to this establishment and consider returning to Circle Infinity for my next purchase even though I am a BMW guy at heart. As a salesperson, his manners were impecable and he was an honorable man when it came to explaining the facts about the 2006 ES 330 that I purchased. Understanding that Circle Inifinty is in the business to make money, I felt that Ray did his best to get me the best deal possible so the haggling was not necessary. I am a satisfied customer, and as I stated earlier, I would recommend Circle Inifinity to anyone who would ask me about purchasing a vehicle from this establishment and I would also tell them to ask for Ray.

Ray is Amazing

My husband and I found a car online that we wanted to test drive. We met with Ray and we were test driving the vehicle within 10 minutes of walking through the door. Ray was extremely informative and was able to answer every single one of our questions. He gave us a thorough review of the navigation, Bluetooth, audio, and all the other little bells and whistles on the Infiniti's. When it came time to make the deal, Ray was amazingly easy to work with. There was none of the typical haggling. My husband and I both agreed that in the future we will only be dealing with Circle Infiniti and particularly Ray.

A SURPRISING PLEASANT EXPERIENCE

I went to the dealership a few weeks prior to actually purchasing the vehicle. The sales consultant 'Irwin Lieberman' came up to me and as very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and let me take a test drive with him even though he new I wasn't ready yet. He put no pressure on me and gave me his card. He never solicited me after I left the dealership and I actually called him several weeks later. I explained to him on the phone that I hate to haggle and that he has to give me his bottom line price when I get to the dealership. He agreed and we set up an appt. for me to come several days later. It turned out 'Irwin' had given me a bottom line price (I did my homework) and we signed the papers the same day. In addition I showed 'Irwin' there were some minor scratches on the front bumper which he said he would have this taken care of when I will pick up the car the following week at my convenience. He never pressured me to pick it up sooner which I appreciated. Instead of just painting or buffing those scratches out the dealership put a brand new front bumper on instead! I was truly impressed. The day I picked up the car (as promised) 'Irwin' had all the paperwork in order and then set me up with a technical consultant who sat with me for a good '20' minutes explaining all the necessary features on the car before driving off. He even set up the 'bluetooth' for me! I am very impressed with this dealership and will definitely use them when my G25x is ready for servicing.

Bought 3 Infiniti's from Circle, an I, G and M the salesman was great. But the service and management has gone down hill over the years. The last straw they damaged my last purchase an "M", I caught them in writing in a lie by ( the sales Manager ), they did not keep promises and I have taken my service work to Holman in Maple Shade a pleasant experiance nothing like Circle. I did request to speak with the owner of Circle but I was never contacted and he is the one who hired his management team, he is the one who needs to know what is going on. That can't happen when you bury your head in the sand. My choice is to never return and they serviced all 3 of my Infiniti's 100% tire, oil changes ect. NO more!
