My first dream car

Your sale person named Jeff P. was my former sale person, he took his time and write down with his notepad, as I am hearing impaired customer, he helped me thru with my making decision on purchasing a car. It is my first Cadillac as made my dream come true. I dreamed of having Cadillac when I was 17 years old and now I am going to be 81. Finally I got my Cadillac. I am happy to have Jeff as my sale person....

Crown Cadillac is great

Graig was polite, thorough, and followed through on all questions. He even went above and sat with me for one hour to help clear up the XM account. He was great. He even followed up on the ordering of the new shifter. The original one was damaged. I was very satisfied and feel secure that Crown and staff will be there for me. Gerri the money man explained all parts of the lease and ensured I was informed and comfortable with the deal.

Don't waste your time if you care about honesty, integrity, and character

John Restivo, is the best salesman in the business and his knowledge and professionalism is second to no one, but after that it goes down hill fast. The sales manager Blake uses back room tactics, bait and switch, and even has the nerve to over dramatize credit arrangements leaving you hanging for hours, then coming out with some shocking revelation they worked their asses off but were able to get the credit you were seeking. One problem, they never tell you the original deal changed and the terms are considerably different ($50 more in mo pmnt, & thousands more down). After realizing the new deal by reading the lease agreement, Kevin the finance mananger starts squirming after probing him about the increases and asking about more favorable terms, but in the end after much negoitiating, it all falls on deaf ears. Then they start the tag team ploy with another Mgr using pressure tactics, telling us we need to make a decision, then telling us they can make the deal work if we didn't have the extra money for the down payment with a back room loan (thousands more) with terms that would make a shiloc choke, but eventually we gave in to the terms (they just beat us down after 6 hours). 2 weeks later after living up to the agreement, they tell us we cant get the lic plates we paid for until their shady loan is paid in full. This guy Blake used deceptive and fraudulant practices as did his his side kick Kevin and are filing a formal complaint with GM, and may pursue other options. This is one slimy dealer to say the least (trying to keep this clean), but keep in mind this is a company run by the Difeo group, and if you check the online complaints, they are endless. I can't imagine why? Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I love my 2007 Escalade from Crown Cadillac

I bought both of my Cadillac Escalade EXT trucks [first a 2003 and now a 2007] from Frank Petrillo at Crown Cadillac. The sales process is very simple and they treat you like family. I got the best price, all the paperwork was handled easily with a concern for my time, and they delivered the car in beautiful condition and in a timely manner. Frank is an experienced and knowledgeable Cadillac salesperson who is low key and no pressure. The same can be said for the managers, Blake and Andreas. They were very helpful and professional. I also am impressed with the service department where they respect your time and fix it right the first time. I wouldn't go anywhere but Crown to buy or to service, and when it come time for my next Cadillac, they WILL be seeing me again.
