I have been customer of Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union for many years now and honestly, I never leave this dealership disappointed!!! I was in the market for a new car recently but I really was not sure what type of car I was looking for this time around. Before looking into another Ford, I visited a handful of other dealerships but only felt the sales representatives were just reading a script to me and rushing the appointment just to make a deal. I just did not feel the love I usually get at Maplecrest. When walked into Maplecrest I was greeted at the door by Sales Associate Gary Wilkinson, who made my buying experience enjoyable and painless from start to finish. Gary demonstrated expert knowledge on the cars I test drove and took the time to work with me on exactly what I was looking for in a car. After narrowing down my options, he asked me to test drive the 2018 Lincoln MKC. Guess what? This was the car! I knew from the moment I stepped into it that I not only liked it, I loved it! I loved everything about it! This is a very elegant, classy, solid car with so many awesome features. A special thank you to Sales Associate Gary Wilkinson, who I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! As always, from your Sales department, to your Service department and let's not forget Tracy Smith..... nothing short of a 5-star rating from me with an extra +++ for Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union! Clay was helpful and patient throughout the car trade in and selection process. He was very informative and knowledgeable. From the moment I spoke to Matt on the phone to when we met in person I felt comfortable and confident we were in good hands. He knew a lot about every car and answered all our questions. He was real and worked hard to get us the best rate for our budget. I also enjoyed meeting other people at maple crest from the sales manager to the finance manager we were treated like we were the only ones in the room. (And every time it was very busy) We went to so many other ford dealerships before maple crest and did not feel comfortable purchasing our new car with them. Your location is truly one of a kind. David, the salesperson was really good. Very no nonsense, just like us as buyers. He didn't try to upsell or give us anything more than we actually needed and understood our budget. No pressure and really smart with numbers. We didn't leave the deslership feeling like we were taken advantage of. As an added plus, snacks are fantastic when you're shopping for a car to keep the kids quiet too.
