I live 45 minutes away from this dealership. I negotiated the price, over the phone as they were supposed to match the Truecar price I received from another dealership. Other dealerships I called could not match the price and were courteous enough to tell me that over the phone as to not waste my time, gas and tolls. After spending about 20 MINUTES on the phone, going over everything with John Exum and Mike Kirk (a supposed manager), I was assured that the price would be matched excluding taxes and a $499 DMV fee. I was told there were absolutely no other costs. TOTALLY DIFFERENT STORY WHEN I GOT THERE. THE PRICE WAS JACKED UP $5,000 MORE THAN THE AGREED UPON PRICE. $5,000 MORE!!!!!!...... This is the line I was told from Mike, "WELL, NO DEALER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THEY CANT MATCH THE PRICE, THEY WANT YOU TO COME TO THEIR SHOWROOM" REALLY???.......... Buying a car is stressful enough, this was over the top. They were the most disrespectful, discourteous, unprofessional bunch of people I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE.... Trust me (I'm not a salesman :-) ...... YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE.

I liked that Michael Fisher and this dealership honored the certified price that I obtained on line ahead of time. I loved that once we agreed to purchase the car, Michael and the rest of the dealership did all the pre-work ahead of time so that when I got there to pick up my new car I was in and out in a short time. Time is important to me.

Our Salesperson Jahmel White was very peronnable, courteous and knowledeable about the Genesis and its many features. He explained the features in detail to us. If he didn't know something about the car, which was rare, he found out about it. He is very customer oriented. The same could be said about the other individuals that we dealt with on the purchase transaction. Nobody was overly pushy to make the sale...which was nice.

We found Maxon via TrueCar. Even with a firm out the door quote in hand, they resorted to high pressure tactics the entire time. For 3 hours we had to argue with them to honor the deal. They threw everything in the book at us, "you have to finance, you have to get VIN etching, you have to take cargo nets", until they finally relented. We got a good deal, but it was a huge hassle to deal with them. They are not honest or reliable in my opinion, and don't seem to care at all about their customers.

LIED ABOUT PRICE. GAVE FINANCE CO PRICE OF $33,000.00 After telling me $25000.00. Lied about being part of the bj no hassle program. Told me they would give free maintanence. Told a lie about that. Even looked union police in the face and lied with a straight face. Took my 03 caddy and did not give the $5000.00 credit. Stole window price so i couldnt see then showed it after 2 weeks. Was 30,000.00. Tried to alter paper work. I contacted the BBB and was told this family has been ripping off customers for years! And dont do a referal, they will even lie about that not to pay you. Also get your insurance quote for your lease from your oun company they will give you there insurance wich is invalid with the insurance you get after you take the car with there insurance. There lease policy run the highest limit of $10000,00. Stay away from this car lot or you will be sitting in court!
