What a fantastic experience

by dfwsocal on 11/18/2018

What a fantastic experience I had buying my new vehicle at BMW of Turnersville BMW. I spent days searching the internet and finding vehicles I liked online only to have my heartbroken when I reach out the dealer to find them no longer available. After hearing about Turnerville BMW from a friend, I worked reached out to Paul and found they had the exact vehicle I wanted at a fantastic price. After a couple of phone calls and a few emails, I had secured the vehicle and a great rate. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted warmly by Paul and Adam and found the car prepped and ready to go. Adam spent 30 minutes showing me the car’s various features and then helped program the computer to my exact specifications. The transaction side was just as smooth and effortless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and (most importantly to me) passionate about cars. Hats off to the team for making this transaction one of the best to date.

Joe Apfelbaum was fantastic to work with!!!

by jfaucett on 10/07/2016

My husband and I had a wonderful experience leasing our first BMW from Turnersville BMW. Our story with BMW started 3 years ago at another BMW dealership that I will not mention. I received such terrible service that I vowed I would never give that BMW dealership my business. Three years later our current lease is coming due and we are shopping again. I want to revisit BMW. Turnersville BMW is further from my Marlton home so I contacted the internet sales department out of convenience. I worked with Kristina Pruitt. She was eager to earn my business. She provided me with the needed details regarding the X1, vehicles currently on the lot, pricing, deals, etc. Kristina enticed us to visit the showroom! Upon arriving we worked with Sales Associate Joel Apfelbaum. He is professional, kind, and courteous. He respected our time restrictions knowing that we had child care in place at home. He provided a fantastic test drive on Turnersvilles test track and got right down to business. Together with Sean, the finance manager, Joel put us right into the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed to be at. I am confident that traveling a little further to Turnersville BMW was and always will be well worth it!! They have an amazing team in place to take you from introduction to delivery. Looking forward to a long relationship with Turnersville BMW.

Great Sales Experience

by JLHNJ on 10/29/2013

I recently purchased a 2014 X3 28i. This is the second BMW I've purchased from this dealer - the last one was a 2005 325i. They responded to the Edmunds query with a price offer ($500 above invoice). The other dealers responded with a request to me to come see them - no pricing provided. The sales process was efficient and hassle free. I would highly recommend BMW of Turnersville.

Know Your Numbers

by surfed1 on 06/03/2008

I went into the showroom to purchase a new 3-series. The salesman was friendly and the place was modern and clean. It was OK until the time came to discuss the price and trade-in. Then it started. I allowed management to appraise the car - but before doing do I told them that I knew the cost of the new vehicle and the trade-in value of my car. I told the salesman that if I liked the offer, I would do it... They came back with an offer (get ready for this) Full MSRP on the vehicle and $9,500 for my car in trade. Insulting. Did the sales manager think I was born last night??? I had the numbers. Why insult my intelligence? Well.. They did. Invoice price on the new vehicle was $3,000 less than MSRP. The trade-in value was around $14,000. So what it boiled down to is that they wanted me to overpay to the tune of $7,000. When I brought these figures to the salesperson, he told me that he would bring it back to management, But, before doing so, I told him what it would take to do a deal. The salesman went back to management. After a few minutes, the salesman came back and told me that they were at the maximum they would do in a trade. Then... He used the lame excuse that with gas prices the way they are - trade-in values are down. I knew this, but on most cars they are only down 2% or so. I wasn't trading in an SUV - which are down 20% +. I refused their "generous offer" and almost ran out of the building. The bottom line is this folks... Do your homework before you go to any dealership. Don't let them low-ball you on the trade and don't let them rip you off on the cost of the new vehicle - because they will - IF you let them. You would think that with the economy the way it is, they would be more willing to deal. I was wrong. I didn't expect to pay invoice (as a business does exist to make money)- but I did expect a fair deal for both sides. I didn't get it.
